Had Combo 1 with edamame at Nouille de Lan Zhou, & everything was spot on! The noodles were wonderfully bouncy, & the soup broth was rich & delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic, hand-pulled noodles in Montreal.

Service & hygiène catastrophiques !
Des taches de soupe éclaboussée sur les murs, plancher & tables qui collent… Manque d'entretien.
Accueil digne d'une garde à vue, impersonnel & industriel au possible.

Les nouilles sont bonnes par contre & les portions copieuses, mais ce n'est pas être le seul endroit où trouver de bonnes nouilles dans le quartier !

Les portions sont généreuses, j'ai pris small & c'était largement suffisant. Le bouillon a beaucoup de goût, les nouilles sont bonnes, bref côté cuisine c'est vraiment bien.
En revanche, le service est nul, désolée y'a pas d'autre terme. C'est à l'image des restaurants à succès où il faut que ça aille vite. On nous a fait un signe pour nous faire entrer & nous a pointé du doigt la direction où aller nous asseoir, euh on est des humains ou du bétail🤔
Pour finir, l'endroit est sale, notre table était contre un mur sur lequel on pouvait voir des centaines d'éclaboussures de soupe ! 🤢

Small restaurant with about 4 different types of soups. We had the vegetable & beef soups. The beef soup was a bit more tastier than the vegetable one. You get to choose the size of noodles you would like that are hand pulled fresh. A small wait but I hear it can get busier.

Ordered DanDan noodles, it wasn't spicy at all & had better ones somewhere else, but those noodles really hit.
What surprised me the most was how tiny their kitchen was, considering they wash the dishes, make the noodles & prepare ingredients all in that tiny space. Hopefully they do something about it..
