Delicious hand pulled noodles. You can watch the chef preparing the noodles in the window of you like. The broths are superb & the portions are healthy for a reasonable price. Service can be a bit hurried & inattentive when busy.

Had Combo 1 with edamame at Nouille de Lan Zhou, & everything was spot on! The noodles were wonderfully bouncy, & the soup broth was rich & delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic, hand-pulled noodles in Montreal.

Small restaurant with about 4 different types of soups. We had the vegetable & beef soups. The beef soup was a bit more tastier than the vegetable one. You get to choose the size of noodles you would like that are hand pulled fresh. A small wait but I hear it can get busier.

I love hand pulled noodles, & we jumped at the opportunity to try this place out. We love that you get to pick from a broad selection of hand pulled noodles, as well as a choice of combo meals, main dishes, & side dishes. The broth is light yet flavorful & the noodles are cooked al dente. I particularly liked the side dishes, such as the edamame & seasoned egg. We got there around 5pm & there was no wait, but by the time we finished our meal, there was a line out the door.

Excellent hand-pulled noodles with a great chew. Got the #4 noodles in beef soup & my coworker got the dandan noodles & we really enjoyed it. The medium soup was absolutely massive but it was so tasty I finished every drop!

Nouilles de Lan Zhou is a fantastic place for authentic hand-pulled noodles. The noodles are fresh, chewy, & full of flavor, while the broth is rich & comforting. Fast service & excellent value make it one of the best spots for a satisfying meal in Montreal!!!

It is so cool to see the noodles hand pulled from the window, & then to have a hearty meal here. 3 of us ordered 3 different dishes & we enjoyed them all. The large is immense. Medium is really big. If you are visiting on vacation & can't take leftovers home, you might want to get the small sized noodle dishes.

This is one of the best hand pulled noodles & soup place. The soup is delicious. Service is fast. The portion size is ginormous. A very satisfying experience. I do recommend ordering thinnest noodles because the noodles have more flavor that way.

Best hand pulled noodles in the area. You get to choose how thick the noodles & they hand pull when they receive the order. #3 noodle width is most common but going with #4 gives the extra chew which is great.

Great texture, disappointing flavor. The fresh, hand-pulled noodles are the highlight here, & I love that you can choose your own thickness. Unfortunately, the Combo 1 beef noodle soup lacked flavor & spices. The broth was too bland for my taste. Worth a visit for the noodle quality alone, but I'd recommend trying their dry/saucy dishes instead of the soups if you want a punch of flavor.
