It was genuinely such a good meal I will 100% sure be returning with my family. You could tell that the noodles were fresh the broth was delicious & of course that it was made with love.

seems great but nothing gluten free whatsoever & the server seemed totally uninterested in helping. I don't think there is gluten in things like salad, but they just said no with zero investigation. don't believe the review that said they have rice noodles- they do not.

C'était très intéressant de voir les cuisiniers faire les pâtes. La soupe avait un bouillon fade mais les nouilles Dan Dan étaient délicieuses! C'était une belle expérience!

Excellent hand-pulled noodles with a great chew. Got the #4 noodles in beef soup & my coworker got the dandan noodles & we really enjoyed it. The medium soup was absolutely massive but it was so tasty I finished every drop!
