For me: Dan Dan with flat wide noodles. BING BANG, order, miamiam miamiamiamiam, pay, bye. & then you keep on thinking how good it was for the next hours. Repeat...
This is the place to eat fresh hand spun noodles with veggies, meat & a broth depending upon what you order.
There's almost always a perpetual line outside as well as looking-loos watching the noodle process.
Frais, savoureux, rapide.
Un très bon repas, texture des nouilles superbe, très belle quantités servies, bravo au équipes !
Excellentes nouilles faites à la main, les portions sont copieuses. Compter un temps d'attente le soi
There was a line out the door & the reviews make the place seem top tier. The pasta is homemade & great quality but the overall flavor of the dish was lacking. Portion size is large but maybe 3oz of meat & a super overcooked egg.
We came here after seeing rave reviews online about the noodles. Did have to wait in line for a little bit on a Friday night to get seated. Immediately upon entry we saw the chefs working on the noodles behind the counters. The staff were rather busy & had a no-nonsense attitude, but we're from New York so we're used to this. The noodles were pretty good, but to be honest not the best we've had. I'd say it's worth a visit. But be careful about the portions... by'large', they really mean large.
Les soupes sont délicieuses & les portions très généreuses 🍜 j'y vais souvent & toujours aussi bon ❤? il y a parfois un peu d'attente, mais ça vaut le coup.

Simple but delicious!
Bonus, there is a grocery store inside/below to grab some things before you leave.
A suggestion is that if you are not an big eater choose a thinner noodle. #6 was delicious but a hearty offering.
As a noodle lover its been a long time I wanted to try this spot in Chinatown, where you see them make their noodles from scratch in front of the window, & did not disappoint. You choose the type of noodle you prefer for your dish. The food was tasty, generous portion, the noodles where perfectly chewy. Fair price. The restaurant is not so big but I loved it. Be aware that they usually have a big line up to get in. I knew it had to be good & it was. I'll be back for sure.
Mediocre, j'ai attendu 40 minute pour mon sauté a 5h pm quand il y avait presque personne dans le resto. La nourriture etait correcte sans plus
Prepare to wait in line during rush hour but trust me. 110% worth it every single time. The divine smell alone walking by the restaurant should tell you everything you need to know. 10/10 everytime I eat there. Highly recommend
Food is great. Services needs a bit of more work but it is understandable since the place is always packaged. The line up was long & the space is a bit tight.
We lucked out & got a table when we walked in. The broth & noodles were amazing! The food came very quickly. We choose two small soups & one medium & they were huge! We ended up bringing home leftovers.
Definitely recommend!
The noodles are great & though the waiting time is pretty long, the cause for it is reasonable. However, the staff are unbelievably rude & unprofessional. Not only do they not acknowledge the customers talking to them & roll their eyes when asked to get the bill, they demand you tip them a high percentage for that service. If you don't, they're going to toss the receipt in your face & tell you to go to Tim Hortons next time you want to eat.
We had an enjoyable lunch at Nouilles de Lanzhou, a restaurant specializing in authentic Lanzhou-style hand-pulled noodles in Montreal's Chinatown. This restaurant specializes in traditional Chinese hand-pulled noodles & braised beef noodle soup. The noodles are traditionally made fresh for each order. Visitors can watch the noodle-making process through the window.
The menu features a variety of affordable options like signature Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup, Braised Beef Tendon Noodles, Dan Dan Noodles & side dishes such as Spicy Cucumber Salad, Edamame & Seaweed Potato Salad are also available. We ordered the Traditional LanZhou Hand-pull Beef Noodle & Zha Jiang Noodle with Homemade Pork Sauce. Both noodles tasted delicious & flavourful. They noodles tasted fresh with a chewy texture & the broth was light & savoury.
