It was a wonderful experience the food was amazing. our waitress was very kind & attentive. it was my birthday & they brought out a complimentary birthday cake. would highly recommend!

As we 1st stepped in we were greeted by happy friendly hosts, assuring us that our request will be granted. (my seating preference) Once seated we then were welcomed by our server, Hugo. While looking through the large wine selection, the Someilier walk up to offer help, he graciousely recommended what our price piont was & preference. Next we we offered an in kitchen visit.(they thought I had requested) We kindly declined. They were attentive to my online request, although it must of been misread. We are then served our wine, a basket of bread, coleslaw & Moishes pickles Mmm I love pickles. Then our meal. We chose to share the "for 2 pp". It was cooked perfectly. We chose a side of fries, but could not finish it...too much food for us. Great dining experince, exquisite food & professional classy service.I strongly recommend.
We had a fantastic meal at Moishes, mainly credited to the service. Jean Luc was our server, & truly he was phenomenal. Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu, we felt he was passionate & excited to be doing his job. It's rare to come across service this exceptional. The food was great. I would recommend Moishes & SPECIFICALLY Jean Luc to everyone.

My recent visit to Moishes Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional, offering a delightful blend of family-friendly ambiance & culinary excellence. What stood out immediately was their thoughtful gesture of providing Legos for the little ones. This rare & considerate move by the restaurant created a welcoming environment for families, allowing adults to enjoy their meal while the children were happily engaged. The customer service at Moishes was outstanding. The staff were not just friendly, but also exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was taken care of. Their eagerness to please & attention to detail made our visit memorable & enjoyable. Now, onto the culinary journey. The food was dazzlingly delicious, to say the least. I had the pleasure of tasting various dishes from our table, & each one was a delight. The oysters, in particular, were a standout, boasting a freshness that you could taste. Their presentation, much like the rest of the meal, was impeccable & demonstrated the care put into each dish. While I didn't have the steak on this visit, the tantalizing aromas & the satisfied expressions of my companions have convinced me it's a must-try for my next visit. It's not just the promise of a great steak that will bring me back to Moishes, but also the overall exceptional experience, especially their amazing customer service. A special thanks goes to the team for bringing the Legos, which made the young one's evening as delightful as ours. In conclusion, Moishes Steakhouse is a prime example of how fine dining can perfectly accommodate families. Great venue! We went for a birthday celebration. Loved the sophisticated ambience of the bar area with its spectacular chandelier. We were seated in a spacious table/ booth where it was quiet enough to follow conversation. Our server helped us with our food selection, everything arrived in a timely manner; the steak was cooked to perfection. The millefeuille stood out & we were wowed by the pave royale. Highly recommend.
We had a great evening! Our waiter "Vatche" was ON POINT with everything. We were a party of 14 & the service was excellent as everyone got served at the same time & the meat was amazing. Thomas the Sommelier recommended awesome wine to accompany our meal. Overall rating "11/10" !!! Can't wait to go back.
In my book, service is almost as important as the food. Our server was the quintessential definition of the word ‘server'. Polite, engaging, happy, helpful........if I'm ever back in town & get a chance to dine with you guys again, it won't be the same without her. Yep, she should teach a class in hospitality & should be a part of training your wait staff. Great job all the way around - will recommend, & I hope to be back.
Le filet mignon etais trop cuit mais la manager est venu me voir pr s'excuser , c'etais apprecié donc la deuxieme cuisson etais parfaite excellent resto je recommande!
One of the best steakhouses & fish restaurants in the world! The bronzino fish was cooked perfectly with amazingly crispy skin & the ribeye was fantastic also! Legos & playdoh are given to kids which is a great idea to keep them busy. I highly recommend it! 👌
We had a reservation & we were taken to our table promptly. The service is attentive & not rushed which is appreciated when you just want to make it a nice evening. The restaurant is beautiful. The decor elegant & trendy. Food was wonderful & portions were BIG. Highly recommend. Pricey but worth it
Everything was fantastic & was the first time at the new location & was a regular at the old location. It is hard to transfer atmosphere from one place to another. The new location will develop it's own atmosphere over time. Bottom line is that the food & the service were top notch & did not lose a step if you are comparing to the old location. I have to say that the Monte Carlo potatoes are better at the new place . I am loyal to Moishé's & would still highly recommend. Thanks for saving this Montreal institution.

Absolutely amazing place. From the wait staff, the ambiance & especially the food. Best steaks we have ever had & we have eaten at some very high end steakhouses. Highly recommend Moishes!
