For me, the best lattes in Canada. The food was delicious-the avocado on toast was amazing. The gentleman clearing the empty plates was super polite (Reges??11 of Sept 2026 at 11 o'clock)-thank you. Our waiter was also very nice & helpful, though not particularly attentive. The atmosphere in the place was the worst part; it felt like a library rather than a restaurant. Otherwise, everything was fine.Not a cheap place but worth it to visit

We had the pleasure of eating at Mama C's last night. WOW!! The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious & the service was impeccable. The octopus appetizer is our new favorite. The halibut was very flavorful & cooked perfectly. Arnaud & Nikita took great care of us & made the dining experience really special.

Please keep this place as wonderful as it has always been. ❤? One thing that often happens when a restaurant becomes busier & more successful is that some of the little details that made people love it in the first place can start to disappear, & I truly hope that doesn't happen here.
Tonight, unfortunately, the service felt a little colder than usual. There were no knives provided for the meat, & the calamari wasn't as crispy, flavorful, or delicious as I remember it being.
I also noticed something concerning regarding hygiene. The waitresses seemed to be handling dirty dishes & then clean items without an obvious opportunity to wash or sanitize their hands in between. At the very least, having hand sanitizer readily available for the staff would be reassuring, especially when they are moving quickly between clearing tables & serving food.

Another issue tonight was an extremely loud table that was disturbing the atmosphere for practically everyone around them. Of course people should be able to enjoy themselves, laugh & have a good time, but there is a point where it becomes disruptive to the entire restaurant. I was surprised that no one from the staff or management politely addressed it.

I'm sharing all of this because I genuinely like this restaurant. I drove an hour to come here tonight, & I've recommended this place to many friends. I would really love to see the same warmth, attention to detail, cleanliness, food quality, & pleasant atmosphere that made me want to keep coming back in the first place.

Came here last night to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Because we were a group of 12, we will obligated to take a price fixed group menu. It was a five-course meal with multiple shareable dishes. It was by far the best food, service & overall experience that I've had in the past few years.
The Chefs, our waitress, busboys, maitre d' & sommelier were extraordinary in their roles. Our glasses were never empty for too long & our dishes & utensils were changed often. Where certain individuals could not eat certain foods, they they substituted with other options that were just as delicious. All all of this with a friendly genuine smile.
The lighting was low but enough to see our food. The vibe was chill & not too loud where we could have a conversation & be heard.
If we ever make it back to Montreal, we are definitely stopping by again.

amazing ambient, we sat at the sushi bar & had great chats with the staff while watching them prepare absolutely S-tier food. I am looking forward to going back!
