It my first time in this place & the place is just magical. Our bartender Raja, gave us great cocktails & the best service. My girls & I will come again for sure!
On a lovely girls night out, we saw this spot & decided to pop in. We sat by the bar for a cocktail. Our bartender Raja was AMAZING! listened to our preference & really made this girls night out an experience! Thank you Raja, we'll be back :)

Our dinner at Mama C was easily one of our top three dining experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere struck that rare balance between professionalism & genuine warmth.
Our waiter, Josh, set the tone for the evening with attentive service. He made us feel completely at ease while still delivering the kind of polished experience you'd expect from a truly exceptional restaurant. The sea bass was a highlight, especially watching Josh debone it tableside with effortless skill.
The sommelier, Jonathan, was also impressive. His wine recommendations were thoughtful, intuitive, & absolutely spot?on. We left happy with each pairing & also with a few new bottles we will want to seek out in the future. His enthusiasm & expertise added so much to the night.
Between the graciousness of both Josh & Jonathan, the evening felt personal in a way that's hard to come by. & while Montreal spoiled us with incredible food throughout our trip, Mamma C was the standout meal & is the one we're still talking about. The desserts alone were unforgettable.
A special mention as well to the bartender, who crafted a cocktail that perfectly matched the flavour profile I described. It was one of those small but meaningful touches that elevated the entire experience.
Stepping into Mama C, you are immediately met with a sophisticated, high-energy atmosphere that sets the stage for a premium evening. The service is impeccable-warm, attentive, & genuinely professional. We sampled the curated four-course shared menu; while the volume of food is immense, the flavors are generally outstanding. Aside from a slightly over-salted Moussaka & a thin final meat course, the meal was a testament to quality Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. For a complete experience, their classic cocktails are a must-try. This is a true destination for foodies & those celebrating special occasions.
Heard amazing things about this place from friends, but our experience was rough. Service was super slow - took over 20 minutes just to have the waitress come see us for cocktails & then another 15 to receive them. I really don't mind waiting - however the waitress did not apologize once. We were told we'd get a portion & a half since we were a group of eight, but that never happened, so we left still hungry. It also took about 20 minutes just for our waitress to split the bill at the end. Overall, really disappointed but the restaurant atmosphere is nice at least!

Group of 7 people. Thursday evening. No problem, reserved tables a day before the meeting. Work colleagues came... No show-off. Just relax, talk. Timely, unobtrusive service. We didn't take 200 photos of the dishes in all poses, waiting for the food to cool down. Just enjoy. Beautiful interior, a little noisy - & this is a great sign of the popularity of the establishment. The dishes are not complicated, but most of them are very tasty & on time. We ordered cocktails that are not on the menu - they made them & brought them without any problems!! Great evening! Will we come back - of course we will!

Unbelievable experience. Food & cocktails were incredible. Service was on point. Could not be happier with our visit. We will 100% come back here next trip. Hamachi crudo was wonderful & the steak tips were perfectly cooked.
While visiting Montreal we noticed this restaurant while walking & looking for a dinner spot. We were greeted warmly & seated without a reservation.
We had cocktails with Lot 40 Canadian Whiskey, a lamb kabob appetizer, halibut, & pasta main dishes.
All the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, & efficient. The service was well timed & the atmosphere was quiet, sophisticated, yet fun. We finished the night with a bougatsa dessert (pictured below), not to be missed.

Hyper pro & super accueillant, on se sent direct à l'aise. & Théo au bar… incroyable ! Les cocktails sont aussi bons que beaux, il gère vraiment. L'ambiance est top, le service nickel. On reviendra, c'est sûr !!
An absolute must if you visit Montreal. We stayed at Nelligan Hotel & had the absolute pleasure of dining here multiple times with our family/ group. At breakfast the staff was attentive, kind & just wonderful to us & our son. It always felt so calm & relaxed.
The food is also to die for. In the evening the vibe is completely different very lively, trendy & cool. Their cocktails (wow) & fries, meatballs were a hit! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous as well. We encountered at least 10 different staff members day- night & the consistency in kindness & hospitality is above & beyond. Fabulous team!
Came for the 3rd time to MamaC & as per usual everything was absolutely perfect.
Hostess greeted us incredibly warm & inviting. Was sat near the front of the restaurant & requested to move to the middle of the room & was accommodated immediately.
Our server Justin who was also behind the bar took care of us & had great suggestions.
The spanakopita salad was delicious as were the other dishes we ordered. Cocktails were well balanced & his wine selection for us were surprising & refreshing.
Can't wait to come back for another fabulous evening.

My friends brought me here for my birthday dinner & we had a great experience. The atmosphere is very nice & the service was good. As for the food, our favourite dishes were the orzo, the filet mignon kebabs & the red pepper dip. The fries were not that great & kinda tasted like McDonald fries. The spanakopita salad was good but it was small in my opinion for the price. The bougatsa dessert which consisted of a flaky philo pastry & custard was good but not the best I've tasted. Cocktails were also good & unique! Overall food was good but a bit pricey.

Ambiance feutrée, classe mais pas m'as tu vu, un service au petit soin, le serveur, un amour.
& les plats....c'est rare mais un sans faute du cocktail au dessert.
Une expérience culinaire forte & intense.
Les prix sont un peu élevés, mais le service, la maîtrise des plats & l'authenticité grecque, vaut ces tarifs.
What a wonderful find! I've never had such an upscale, modern Greek cuisine. I was impressed with the quality of service, the sommelier helped us select a wine, the cocktails, wine & food courses exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend!
Amazing! The decor, the service, the food. All amazing. We started with cocktails & wine, followed by more wine. Each drink was delicious. We had the seafood tower. Oysters, shrimp, crab, lobster... plus the bass tartare, another fish I'm forgetting the name of... each item was explained to us in detail along with where they come from (shrimp from Argentina for example). Then onto the second serving, we had pasta, kebab, more fish, tomato salad... everything was so incredibly full of flavor. Major shout out to our server, Kim. She was an absolute delight & so full of knowledge over the cuisine being presented. She even de boned the fish table side with precision. I will most certainly be back. I wish I took food pics, I was too distracted by how delicious everything was
