Drinks excellents, barmaid & barman très gentils & de bons conseils! Nous avons seulement partagé une entrée d'agneau, mais elle était savoureuse, ça donne le goût d'y retourner pour explorer le menu davantage.
Merci à l'hôtesse de nous avoir installés à la petite table intime derrière le bar, nous avions l'impression d'être seule au monde, c'était super pour se retrouver en amoureux
I had such an exquisite dining experience here. I made a reservation for the chef's tasting at the chef's counter, & from the moment I arrived, the team already knew my name & immediately seated me.
Sitting at the counter gives you an intimate view into everything happening in the kitchen. The energy was fast-paced & precise-it honestly felt like I was inside an episode of The Bear.
The chef curated an incredible five-course tasting, & the sommelier paired each course with wines that complemented everything perfectly. I won't even try to list every dish because I honestly don't remember them all. The menu isn't fixed, & I imagine each experience is a little different. I was too busy enjoying every bite & soaking in the experience to focus on memorizing details.
Ken took exceptional care of me from start to finish, making sure I was comfortable & that every course met the moment. The chef also came over to chat, which made the experience feel even more personal.
The bar was already high, & Marcus exceeded it.
We weren't staying at this hotel, but popped in for a drink before dinner & sat at the bar. The passion fruit cocktail was very good & so was the Amber beer. Service was decent. I liked the complimentary almonds & olives.
This is a busy spot, so it can be a bit loud with the talking & the music they have playing.
Overall, my experience was that the drinks here were good, but overpriced. Saying that, I will not be surprised if my wife suggests we return for another one of those passion fruit cocktails.
I've been to this place multiple times, & unfortunately the service from the bartender has been consistently disappointing. Each time, I've had to wait 15-20 minutes just to receive a menu, even while standing directly in front of him. I've noticed that I was being ignored despite being clearly visible.
When I finally asked for a menu, the response was cold & unwelcoming. This kind of attitude has happened on several occasions, which makes the experience feel disrespectful & uncomfortable.
Basic courtesy & professionalism should be expected, & sadly that has not been my experience here. If You don't like your job. DONT WORKK!!!!!
My favourite bar in the city but last time I went there was a predator in the men's bathroom hiding in one of the stalls looking to capture unsuspecting victims. He was there for over 2 hours, I told security about the situation but they said he's a regular & wouldn't kick him out. Beware.
Worst experience ever!!!!! Don't waste your money. Booked a table & assigned to a small table by the bar. Took over two hours to get food..food portion small & no good. Got back pain from the uncomfortable sitting area..
Do not waste your money at this shitty place…
Je suis allée chez Marcus pour célébrer l'anniversaire d'une amie, & ce fut une très belle expérience.
Nous avons mangé au comptoir du bar expérience chef, ce qui ajoute une dimension immersive & vraiment intéressante au repas.
Le tasting menu était raffiné, créatif & parfaitement exécuté, avec des saveurs justes & élégantes.
Il y a eu un peu de longueur entre les services, mais en excellente compagnie, cela n'a en rien nui à la superbe soirée que nous avons vécue.
Une ambiance chic, une cuisine de haut niveau & un moment mémorable.
I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends. After hearing a lot of positive feedback & knowing it is located in the Four Seasons, I genuinely expected an excellent experience, one of the best in the city. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had.
From the booking process to the moment we left, everything was poorly handled. I called four times to follow up on my request to order a birthday cake, which I had submitted four days in advance. I had to chase them constantly, yet I could never reach the manager, & no one else was authorized to take the order. They only got back to me the night before my reservation, which was far too late. I ended up bringing my own cake, which we weren't allowed to eat it due to their policy (fair enough- we took it back with us)
I clearly booked a dinner table, yet upon arrival we were assigned a coffee table at the bar area. We had to clarify again with the hostess to be moved to the restaurant (thankfully they had a table available). Our assigned waiter was unprofessional, inattentive, & difficult to deal with. He was constantly walking away while speaking to us, never stopping to properly listen or confirm our orders. His attitude & lack of efficiency forced us to ask other waiters for help just to get proper service.
After dinner, we moved to the bar area to enjoy the music. While the décor & vibe were nice, the entire space smelled strongly of sewage. The odor was so bad that everyone in the bar gathered their belongings & left at around 1am.
I will never return to this place, even if I were paid to do so. Do not waste your money. Avoid it at all costs
We had dinner at the bar of Marcus on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was very vibrant. The oysters were fresh & the pasta with lobster was just delicious. A great start of the weekend.
