Un cadre idyllique, une pause au bord de l'eau, attablés sous les parasols dans le jardin verdoyant & fleuri, les enfants jouent dans le hamac, ou le long du torrent.
Nous descendons de nos vélos, attirés par le fléchage discret vu depuis la piste cyclable du P'tit Train du Nord. On nous reçoit avec un verre d'eau glacée, sourire chaleureux & courtois, avant de nous proposer la carte. Rafraîchissements, menu original & frais, prix très abordables.

We stopped along the Le Petit Train du Nord trail & had an unforgettable break - all thanks to Carolane! The drinks were out of this world, & the vibe was perfect after a good ride.
If you stop by, ask Carolane for a Long Island Iced SpotOlly style - trust us, you won't regret it. 🍹 She made the whole experience even better with her energy & service. Can't wait to come back!

On s'est arrêtés sur le Petit Train du Nord pour une petite pause - & quelle belle surprise grâce à Carolane ! Les cocktails étaient tout simplement incroyables, parfaits après une bonne balade à vélo.
Si vous passez par là, demandez à Carolane un Long Island Iced SpotOlly style - vous ne serez pas déçus 🍹 Son service & son énergie ont vraiment rendu l'expérience mémorable. On a hâte d'y retourner !

We stayed next door at Maison Baviare, & booked a reservation for dinner.
By far, the best meal of our 5 day vacation riding Ptit Train Du Nord. Everything was clearly made in house, & the chef is brilliant The Caesar salad with Brie croutons, & the calimari, with homemade tartare sauce were perfect. & portions were generous! We both had the wild cod & sweet potato fries with asparagus & carrots…piping hot, cooked to perfection.
Sitting on the outside patio with the sound of the river was beautiful. Service was exceptional, & our wonderful waiter was charming (with an excellent sense of humour). His English was wonderful…my French, not so much. We had a delightful evening & wish we had booked dinner there both nights for our stay in Val David. Don't miss this gem. We can't recommend this place highly enough!
