Lovely stay at MacTaverne Pub. Great service for both the Inn & Pub. The vibe is relaxed & welcoming. Staff were extremely attentive & checked in often during the meals. Drinks were creative & tasty. The morning breakfast was included & provided a great start to the day. Very good addition to this part of town!

MacTaverne is one of those rare places that gets everything right. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with genuine hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm & cozy, the service is attentive without ever feeling rushed, & every dish is clearly made with care. The fish & chips were outstanding, & the quality of the ingredients really shines through. Pair that with a perfectly poured pint & the beautiful riverside setting, & it's an experience worth coming back for. Whether you're stopping in for dinner or spending the weekend, MacTaverne is a true gem in Val-David. Highly recommended!

What a great find! The food was delicious, the service was fast & welcoming, & the whole place has a cozy pub vibe that's hard to beat. Everyone was smiling & made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic meal & a couple of drinks, & everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely the best spots we've tried in Val-David.
