Amazing food, amazing drink…..& amazing people!!
All staff is super accommodating & friendly. We arrived very early & were able to securely lock up our bikes. The location is walking distance to Main Street. The room is clean & beautiful. The food…yum!

Lots of love was poured into this place & it shows! A warm welcome by the owner is always a great start! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, & you'll immediately want to come back for the drinks, fish n chips, & dessert. The simple menu is justified & you'll find something that suits everyone. Don't underestimate the green salad...fresh, crispy, & a yummy dressing (a family recipe). We loved our first experience so have already gone back. Hope you check it out!

Nourriture etait très dispendieuses pour peu de qualité j'ai pris steak à 69$ il est arrivé coupé beaucoup gras zéro légume & un bol frite , les portions très petites, manque de professionnalisme au niveau du service & zéro adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite

We stopped into Pub Mactaverne & it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The food was outstanding - everything came out fresh, full of flavour, & clearly made with care. This isn't your average pub grub; you can tell the kitchen actually takes pride in what they send out.

What really made the visit, though, was Tim, the owner. He was warm, welcoming, & made us feel like regulars from the moment we walked in. He checked in without hovering, had great recommendations, & it's obvious he genuinely loves what he's built here. That kind of hospitality is rare.

Great atmosphere, great food, great people. If you're anywhere near the Laurentians, make the stop. We'll be back for sure. Five stars, no hesitation.
