16 avril, une amie & moi avions décidé d'encourager ce nouveau restaurant de la région. Nous avons été déçu par la qualité des plats offerts & de sa clientèle présentes. Les plats servis étaient froids & insipides ressemblaient plutôt à des plats réchauffés que préparés à la demande. Nous avons eu un bon service de la part du personnels. Malheureusement nous ne retournerons pas au Laggy.

Dès notre arrivée, on sent qu'on est ailleurs dans un endroit où chaque détail compte. Ce qui m'a particulièrement marqué, c'est la présentation & surtout l'explication complète du menu. Le personnel prend vraiment le temps de décrire chaque plat, les ingrédients, les saveurs, les accords… on ne fait pas que manger, on vit une véritable expérience gastronomique.
Chaque service était exceptionnel, le carpaccio de boeuf d'une fraîcheur remarquable, le tartare parfaitement équilibré, les toasts au crevettes(the best), patates,les pâtes, escargots riches & savoureuses, puis un steak cuit à la perfection. Tout était maîtrisé du début à la fin.
La boisson, le dessert & le café viennent couronner le tout avec élégance.
Service attentionné, ambiance raffinée, cuisine d'un niveau impressionnant honnêtement, ce restaurant mérite une reconnaissance Michelin sans hésitation.

C'était une expérience culinaire vraiment incroyable, Le personnel, L'ambiance & surtout le service était parfait.
