This place opens early 9am which is amazing for those passing by on the highway! Husband ordered a sub (sous marine) & we got cheese curds to go.
We visit many fromageries when we pass through Quebec & this one has the BEST & squeakiest cheese!!! They have excellent service & staff is very friendly. This place has an open concept cheese making area which is so cool!!!!! Saving this place for future visits.

J'ADORE le fromage de Qualité Summum, surtout leur poutine du même nom avec double fromage, & j'y vais à chaque fois que je passe du temps à Saint-Hyacinthe. Toutefois, j'ai presque mis 4 voir même 3 étoiles après cette visite... le service était très moyen, une fille attentive & sympathique, mais 2 autres l'air bête qui me font attendre 2 minutes juste pour acheter une friandise congelé.... & oui la poutine est super, mais nos hot dogs & cheeseburger était plutôt médiocre. Donc je vais continuer à commander à la maison, & juste de la poutine!!

This is the greatest place for poutine, pizza &, of course, cheese curds! One of the top 5 of the Province for sure! Even have a play park for the kids & a pretty cool aquarium.

La poutine & la rondelle d'oignons sont excellentes. Le fromage est 👌🏼. Par contre le cheeseburger manquait cruellement de saveur . Le pain goûtait cheap & la viande goûtait rien. J'ai pris mon burger all dressed pis j'ai juste goûté la moutarde.

Hello, my husband told me about this place & he raved so he took me here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. He ordered a medium smoked meat poutine & I took medium general Tao poutine. Price for any medium poutine is $13.75. They also sell sliced bread, their homemade cheese & other frozen meals. They cheese is made fresh every day. Omg the cheese is amazing, some people just come & order a plate of their cheese. I loved their poutine & their pizzas look amazing too. Will have to try that next time I come!
