Une expérience qui aurait dû être parfaite.
J'ai commandé l'assiette de pâte au homard, crevettes & bisque. Malheureusement, lors du service je n'ai pas eu de présentation de l'assiette & après quelques bouchées, je me suis mis à rechercher le homard sans réussite. Ce à quoi on m'a répondu qu'il y avait peu de homard dans l'assiette. Je cite « Il y a très peu de homard monsieur dans l'assiette. » En tant que client, j'ai exprimé ne pas avoir vue le homard & j'avoue ne pas l'avoir goûté. Je suis personnellement déçu car j'aime le homard & j'avais envie d'en savourer ce soir. La sauce & les pâtes était bonne mais assurez-vous de demander où est le homard avant d'attaquer votre assiette.
