Both salads ordered had old spoiled lettuce. One of the drinks was just poured from a glass bottle & up-charged. They did offer a 25% off one of the meals which was nice…
One of our party threw up soon after the meal. Terrible experience for the price, I guess this is what you get when go to a chain.
Update: 2 of the 3 guests have now had'issues' post the meal…

Nous étions un groupe & les salades & les plats à base de thon on été bien appréciés.
Bel endroit, bonne ambiance & bonne musique. Par contre, j'ai dû demander de l'eau au moins 3 fois, la serveuse n'est pas revenue nous voir pour savoir comment ça allait & le poulet de ma salade était dur (trop cuit j'imagine). La sangria était bonne, mais contenait BEAUCOUP de glace. Nous étions 3 & le restaurant n'était pas plein. Mise à jour (j'y suis retournée deux fois depuis): Je dois encore demander (au moins) 3 fois de l'eau chaque fois. Je demanderai un pichet la prochaine fois! ;) La pizza était délicieuse.
I recently dined at ZIBO &, unfortunately, my experience didn't meet expectations. The Thai beef salad was flavorful & enjoyable; however, the quality of the burger was disappointing. The patty was dry & lacked seasoning, & even the fries seemed underwhelming-I'd honestly prefer McDonald's fries over these. To add to the experience, our server seemed indifferent & unapproachable, which made the atmosphere less welcoming. With both food quality & service falling short, I don't see myself returning to this restaurant in the future.
Le hamburger végé & la frite qui l'accompagne ne sont pas à la hauteur. Ils tronent dans une grande assiette où on aurait pu ajouter un peu de salade. Grosse déception pour le prix...

Entrée froide puis passée sans doute au micro ondes ce qui change la texture... Pizza avec carpaccio de prosciutto pas très goûteux. Hélas la pizza a du attendre sous la salamandre ou lumières chauffantes car la salade était cuite & le parmesan fondu & collé dedans.
Très bon service. Nous avons partagé un plat à deux & nous avons adoré. J'ai aussi mangé une salade César. Elle était correcte. Nous avons adoré l'atmosphère & où se situe le restaurant.
La nourriture était très bonne & les employés très gentils. Au moment de commander, Mon choix de repas & mon choix de vin n'étaient pas disponibles, j'ai donc été très déçue.
Ma portion de salade n'était pas assez généreuse selon moi.

Nourriture décevante, raviolis au homard n'avait pratiquement pas de sauce, le poulet dans les salades était sec. & l'ambiance était très bruyant même dérangeant.
