They were so nice the whole time & passed by to make sure we were ok. They even asked if they can peel our shrimp for us 😭 which was so nice , i felt like a princess here. Don't come here if you're not willing to tip above 15% , the people working here deserve the world 🫶

This is not just a restaurant, it's a whole experience! First time in a hot pot restaurant, was very well guided by our server. The food is amazing, the service impeccable from the waiting area to the exit, & what an entertainment with the noodle & birthday show! Big thanks to our server Tristian, you were very kind & thoughtful!
Food very good quality & tasty, the best hotpot place I tried yet. Nice set up for table with storing space under seat & a kind of movable shelves to put food standing by to cook. Good decorations & atmosphere. Service could be better. Beg waiter multiple time to clean the table (just remove dirty plate & dirty paper) & still don't do it. Give the birthday dessert to my kid in the middle of a pile of trash.
There were 2 of us & we wanted to try everything😂 Dada saw that we ordered way tooooooo much so she helped us save money & not waste food 👍👍👍👍She is such a kind person & that is absolutely the best service I ever got in mtl! She gave my friend a small gift because she overheard that my friend is leaving mtl soon 🥹🥹🥹 good food fantastic service!

100% recommendations! Thanks for Xiao Yang & his supervisor Shan, who are Enthusiastics, considerates & detailed service attitude. On apprécie beaucoup:)
Disappointed. We were two & spent about 170$ for dinner. The food is fresh & good. But the service was not expected to be the same as the other Hidilao's. The server just poured water for the entire meal time. After I paid the bill, she took a look at the receipt, then left. Not even say thanks, may be because I just gave 15% tips.
The food is extremely expensive, & we ate but could have eaten more had we ordered more. The vibe was nice, but not at the same level than in China. This is because some waiters they hired are clearly annoyed, or it's because they do not understand the service standard of Haidilao in China, I don't blame them though. & the guys who come & bring us food don't say anything/are expressionless. Talking about food, while we did enjoy what we had ordered. The shrimps are not fresh. The vegetable portions are way too small. So that's a bit disappointing. Talking about vibe, Haidilao tried hard to mimic the hotpot scene in China. Some waitresses did perform dances for other parties - such as for birthday or kemusan, so that's nice. However there is not too much singing. & the dining space is a bit cramped, there is not much space to walk around without hitting someone: understandable since it's in a downtown location, but it's pretty annoying for clients, also for their staff. Lastly, the place is way too hot: it's a combination of heating, long rectangular dining area, too many people in such a cramped space, all tables emitting water vapor at the same time, as well as lack of air circulation. So it's not very comfortable sitting down. Just my observations. I still love Haidilao, prob won't come back to his one, but will still go to the ones back home. Thanks.

Wonderful food & fantastic atmosphere! All the people working here will greet you with a smile! Appreciate DADA's service! she is the sweeeeetest! !She recommended ordering half portions since we initially ordered toooo much😆 I have never encountered a restaurant where you can order half portions of a dish, which is a fantastic concept. We tried various dishes, & we hardly ever waste food!!Awesome experience🌟
This place is amazing. I went there with my friends & our waitress Chloé was truly amazing. She was very fun & professional. We had a great time. The food is very good too. It's not an " all you can eat" but the prices are very reasonable compared to the quality & the portions We ordered many servings & had 3 soup bases. We spent around 40$ per person in total, taxes & tip included - now that price may vary depending on what you order. My personal favorite was the tomato soup base. In my opinion, they have the best out of the ones that I've tried. We also ordered the flying noodles & it's a must if you go there! It's definitely worth it. We will definitely be coming back :) Cet endroit est incroyable.
