Oliver was so helpful in explaining the concept to me & not making me feel stupid about how to do everything on the AYCE. & his sauce creations were perfection! I would come back if I knew I could sit at his table!!
This was such a great experience!! The food was nice & fresh the oysters were so yummy! There was a a sauce station with a whole lot of option for toppings. The staff were sooo kind & the there was even a guy who did a noodle dance! In general this place is soo much fun.

The service was alright, maybe it was just an off night. We had a birthday at our table that we told the waiter about but there was no singing or candle on the dessert. The service here compared to the ones in Toronto is a bit lacking. We also had no meat tongs until the dancing noodle guy came & took some to stir the noodles in our broth.
L'ambiance est vraiment bien : on nous donne un tablier pour ne pas se salir, il y a un buffet à volonté pour les sauces avec de petits fruits, nous avons pu assister à un spectacle de nouilles en direct & la nourriture était vraiment bonne. Sachez que les quantités sont très généreuses donc ne commandez pas de surplus tout de suite : commandez le plat principal & les extraits ensuite! & pour finir on nous a proposé un peu de crème glacé à la fin. Vraiment, je recommande cette place!
Favourite hotpot place in town. Good quality meat, good variety of choices (meat, veggies, sauces, etc) it even comes with a show (1 noodle dance, face mask change dance). Our server Steven was attentive, respectful & friendly, making sure our empty trays were taken care of, fat of the broth skimmed & we had enough broth throughout our meal. Can't recommend enough!
We had such an amazing experience here! We had the'plonger jusqu'au fond' combo which includes a broth & sauces pp & really got a bang for our buck. They even offered us ice cream at the end! The service was phenomenal from the front desk to our server Will, who was very attentive & patient with our questions. Looking forward to coming back!

Nous n'avons pas de tel restaurant chinois en France. Très belle surprise. Le personnel est adorable. & nous nous sommes régalés. Les pâtes sont faites maison. La viande est vraiment de qualité. Les bouillons & les sauces sublimes!!! Encore merci pour votre accueil & notre repas.
It was my first experience at Haidilao. I had the pleasure of being served by Oliver. He was very welcoming & was eager to assist me as I'm ordering my food. It was my first time eating hot pot, & he was more than willing to teach me how to use a chopstick for it, even helped me in creating a proper sauce mix for my food. All in all the food was great, service was great, & environment was great.
Nous avons visité hier Haidilao en famille (7 personnes) pour la première fois.
À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une employée à la réception (je crois qu'elle s'appelait Yassmine) mais malheureusement la communication a été difficile car elle ne parlait pas français. Cela a rendu le début un peu inconfortable, surtout pour une première visite.
Heureusement, un serveur est rapidement intervenu pour nous aider. Il a bien pris le temps de nous accueillir en français & de tout nous expliquer calmement. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu nous installer confortablement malgré l'espace limité.
Tout au long du repas, le service était excellent. Pablou & Cathy ont été très professionnels, patients & attentionnés. Pablou expliquait tout clairement : le menu, le sauce bar, la tablette, les toilettes - il nous a vraiment mis à l'aise.
À la fin du repas, les enfants ont reçu des petits snacks & des jouets, ce qui a beaucoup ajouté à l'expérience familiale.
La nourriture était très bonne, l'ambiance agréable, & le service à table a clairement fait la différence.
Le seul point à améliorer serait l'accueil à la réception, surtout pour les clients francophones. Il serait bien que tout le personnel d'accueil, puisse communiquer de manière plus accessible.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle soirée, & un grand bravo à Pablou pour son service remarquable !

Oliver was really good. We loved the food. Our noodle dance was very impressive - but he was new & needed some practice to not get sauce on us! Oops. Had a great birthday. Loved the silly song & present. The codes were hard to pronounce in mandarin but we tried & loved the presents.
Delicious, Clean, Good service.
It's a little bit expensive though, we enjoyed eating here.
We don't know well about chinese hot pot, so it was a little bit difficult to make own sauce. I want to find my favorite sauce.
had an amazing dinner at Haidilao this past Sunday night with some friends, & I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. We were lucky to have Ghali as our server, & he truly made the experience exceptional.
Ghali was incredibly helpful, attentive, & kind he gave us great recommendations (everything he suggested was absolutely delicious), made sure we had everything we needed at all times, & even informed us about the available discounts. He answered all our questions with a smile & made us feel genuinely welcomed & cared for throughout the meal.
As for the food absolutely delicious, Fresh ingredients, rich flavors, & so many options to choose from & the sauce bar a huge necesity to anyone planning a visiste there.
A big thank you to the team for such a wonderful evening. I'll definitely be coming back soon.
I went with my friend & my Goddaughter. We were serve by Clémentine. She was so professional. She smiled, told us about the menu, helped us about our order she even offer to take off the shell of the shrimps for us. She gave us more time because they forgot to bring us our food. Great place, great ambiance. The washrooms are so so so CLEAN.

No words can explain how great my overall experience was.
Something I love about Haidilao is their consistency when it comes to quality of food & service, had a chance to eat in Haidilao Philippines & I can say that there is no difference at all!
I went to their Montreal branch last Saturday, & for someone who knows how long their wait time for walkin can take regardless of the time of the day I made sure to reserve a table.
We went there earlier than my booked reservation but they accomodated us, just needed to wait 30 mins before we were seated to our table.
From the time you enter their resto they will offer snacks, fruits, drinks, activities non-stop just to ensure that you will not get bored.
Upon being seated we were given the'essentials' - hairtie, wet wipes, glasses wipes & apron & asked to login to the tablet since I'm already a member. We were seated on a table at the 3rd floor, initially I thought service might have delays since kitchen was on the 1st floor BUT orders arrived less than 10mins!
What separates them among all other hotpot is how they let you customized your orders based on your preference, like I really love their Sichuan spicy soup but I always request for it to be less numbing & less spicy. They also have LOTS of varieties when it comes to their hotpot ingredients, majority of the balls are handmade & not the frozen hotpot balls that you can find on grocery stores. The quality of meat is exceptional, top choice will be beef as it really does melt in your mouth!!!
Though it has an additional price, their sauce bar is also worth it.
We tried the'popular secret code' regarding their soup but instead of a soup base we were given a bag full of snacks!!!
Another worth mentioning is their washroom, hotpot soup & sauce can leave strong smell so they have creams & even listerine available in all washrooom!
Hope to try mooooore Haidilao branches & continously be amazed with the quality of food & service they offer.
Place is great but food was disappointing. we ordered the whole platter & there's just no way to know how long food should be cooked or when it's ready. Vegetables were okay but still, it's green vegetables like spinach or lettuce, it just fans out in the pot. Taste good but texture was bad. You have to pay to get dipping sauce on the side. Overall okay but it's not as expected, way under.
