Amazing first experience with Haidilao! The wide variety of options to choose from was a delight, though the service is truly what seals this place at five stars for me.
Our waitress Marie was an absolute sweetheart. She was energetic, attentive & very friendly! She truly curated one of my favourite dining experiences in a minute.
If there ever was a friendly, motivated, capable & attentive then it is Oliver who served with aplomb, grace & efficiency. Made our night very enjoyable.
We had such a wonderful experience at Haidilao, & a big thank you to our server Will! His service was incredibly warm, attentive, & thoughtful throughout the entire meal.
When we were about to leave, the kitchen was extremely busy, but Will went above & beyond - he personally went to the kitchen & helped prepare the golden fried buns for us. That extra effort truly touched us & made our visit even more memorable.
It's rare to see someone care so much about their guests' experience. Will's professionalism, kindness, & dedication really represent the amazing service Haidilao is known for. Thank you again for making our evening so enjoyable!

I had a really great experience at this hotpot restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, & there were so many options to choose from, which made the whole meal really fun & satisfying. What stood out the most though was the service. One of the workers, Steven, was very nice & honestly really cool. He was friendly, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. His positive attitude made the whole dining experience even better. Definitely coming back again & highly recommend this place!
Oliver is such a sweetheart, definitely the go to for recommendations! Was very attentive to details, never left our table dirty. Will definitely come back!!

Haven't been back in a while but Haidilao never disappoints! The food quality is always really good & fresh, I highly recommend the Sukiyaki broth :) Our waiter Steven was incredibly nice & attentive too!!
Steven was a great server! Attentive & made sure our experience was as enjoyable as it could've been. The quality of the meat is great & the soup bases are delicious.
Visited Fondue Haidilao in Montreal once, & it left a very good impression. The restaurant is bright, clean, & well organized, & the staff were friendly & attentive throughout the meal. The broths were flavourful, the ingredients fresh, & everything came out quickly despite how busy the place was. It has that lively, energetic hot?pot atmosphere that Haidilao is known for, but still feels comfortable & easy to enjoy even on a first visit. Overall, a solid & satisfying experience - I'd happily come back the next time I'm in Montreal.

Dès notre arrivée, Shuxin s'est montré non seulement très professionnel, mais aussi d'une grande chaleur humaine. En tant que visiteur à Québec, j'ai beaucoup apprécié ses recommandations locales personnalisées ; il a vraiment à coeur de bien recevoir les gens.
Il est incroyablement efficace & polyvalent (multi-tasking). Il a su gérer toutes nos demandes avec une rapidité impressionnante. Aujourd'hui, avec la pluie, le sol était un peu glissant, mais Shuxin a été extrêmement prévenant. Il a su rassurer les clients & a porté une attention particulière à chaque détail pour contrer les désagréments de la météo.
Un service attentionné, humain & très professionnel. Si vous passez par ici, demandez Shuxin !

From the moment we sat down, Shuxin was not only professional but genuinely warm & enthusiastic. As a visitor to Quebec, I was delighted when he shared some fantastic local recommendations with us-he really goes above & beyond for his guests!
What impressed me most was his ability to multi-task with high efficiency. Even when the restaurant got busy, he handled every concern promptly & with a smile. It was a rainy & gloomy day today, & despite the floors being a bit slippery, Shuxin was incredibly attentive. He went out of his way to ensure everyone felt safe & comfortable, showing genuine care for every detail & considering the inconveniences caused by the weather.
If you visit this location, definitely look for Shuxin. He is a true asset to the team!
Superb service by Michelle & staff for the VIP room in a last minute holiday reservation for 10. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience & were very well taken care of with toys & souvenirs. Meats were fresh & tasted great. Service was attentive & fast, in particular Michelle checked in on us frequently & thoughtfully. Thank you for making our visit so positive! Will definitely return when in town!
Favourite hotpot place in town. Good quality meat, good variety of choices (meat, veggies, sauces, etc) it even comes with a show (1 noodle dance, face mask change dance). Our server Steven was attentive, respectful & friendly, making sure our empty trays were taken care of, fat of the broth skimmed & we had enough broth throughout our meal. Can't recommend enough!
