Food was amazing! Service was so incredible our server Jason is such a delight! Hotpot soup bases are yummy & the meats are always fresh. The manager was kind enough to give us a tour in the kitchen to see the behind the scenes! I recommend getting the all you can eat buffet, definitely worth your buck!
Absolutely loved my experience at Haidilao! The food was fresh, flavorful, & the broth options were excellent. The service was exceptional-attentive, friendly, & they really go above & beyond to make your dining experience enjoyable. Jason was great. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it a great spot for a meal with friends or family. Will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in pretty late on a Wednesday evening, there was a concert that had just ended & there was a rush at 11:30pm. They still accommodated everyone. Steven, our waiter, was super nice & attentive, his section was closed & was kind enough to stay & serve the new wave of people. Food is always good & fresh. Staff is on top of everything. Not the first time & not the last time coming :)
Amazing experience! The service was easily 5 stars & probably some of the best I've ever had. The staff went above & beyond, they peeled our shrimp, skimmed the broth throughout the meal, & kept topping it up whenever needed. It really made the experience feel special.
We did the all-you-can-eat option, which gave us access to the sauce bar & fridge, & we had a blast. Everything we tried was fresh & delicious, & honestly, I don't have anything negative to say. I'll definitely be back!
Amazing hot pot experience! The ingredients were fresh, the broth was flavorful, & everything came out quickly. The restaurant was clean, & the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
A special thank you to our waitress, Coco. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her excellent service & warm personality made the experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back!
Did the à la carte, quarter broth option. Amazing food (fresh, decent portions, tasty soup, loots of sauce ingredients), our very kind & helpful server Roy made the Haidilao experience memorable. Would definitely recommend this place!
I visited this hot pot restaurant yesterday & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The service was poorly organized. The staff did not seem well trained & could not clearly explain the menu or pricing. Service was slow throughout the meal. One of our dishes was completely forgotten by the kitchen & only arrived after we reminded them. By that point, we were almost finished eating. No apology or explanation was offered.
The prices were extremely high. Compared with similar hot pot restaurants, the cost was about twice as much, yet the food quality & service did not justify the price. Portions were small & the overall value was poor.
The food itself was average at best. The fish maw chicken soup had a large amount of foam floating on top, making it look more like a pre-made soup base than a freshly prepared broth.
The dining area was also very cramped, with tables packed closely together. What concerned me most was the noodle-pulling performance. During the show, the noodles were repeatedly swung around & did touch the floor, yet they were still placed directly into the hot pot. This raised serious concerns about food hygiene.
Overall, the service, food quality, atmosphere, & value for money all fell well below expectations. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience.
I will not be returning & would not recommend this restaurant.

Friendly servers & great service overall. As expected from Haidilao, the food was delicious. I made a reservation in advance, & the meat actually felt fresher compared to other locations. Highly recommend.
I'm just glad that we finally have Haidilao in Montreal. Haidilao is hotpot chain that is well known for their food quality & top notch service. The broth, the meat cuts, the vegetables & seafood are just so fresh & tasty.
The service at Montreal location is getting better everyday. The food is also very fresh with great variety. Today service & food are just amazing. We were seen & accomodated by great staff, especially shoutout to Jason!
Thank you very much for the amazing services. We'll come back again & many times.
