I had a really great experience at this hotpot restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, & there were so many options to choose from, which made the whole meal really fun & satisfying. What stood out the most though was the service. One of the workers, Steven, was very nice & honestly really cool. He was friendly, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. His positive attitude made the whole dining experience even better. Definitely coming back again & highly recommend this place!
Haven't been back in a while but Haidilao never disappoints! The food quality is always really good & fresh, I highly recommend the Sukiyaki broth :) Our waiter Steven was incredibly nice & attentive too!!

This was such a great experience!! The food was nice & fresh the oysters were so yummy! There was a a sauce station with a whole lot of option for toppings. The staff were sooo kind & the there was even a guy who did a noodle dance! In general this place is soo much fun.
Haidilao is all about the experience.
This was my third visit, & every time I leave wanting to come back. The hot pot is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, & the service is outstanding & the large number of Chinese customers says a lot about its authenticity.
It's not about the decor or ambiance, but something hard to explain that keeps drawing me back. Already planning my next visit...
They dance when they make your FRESH noodles, THEY SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY & give you cake... they dressup in beautiful dragon costumes & open until 4 a.m. I MEAN.... what more can you ask for? & the food is DELICIOUS the pork bone broth...YUMMMM highly reccomend. & if you come SIT IN OLIVER'S section!!! Best service 10/10
Visited Fondue Haidilao in Montreal once, & it left a very good impression. The restaurant is bright, clean, & well organized, & the staff were friendly & attentive throughout the meal. The broths were flavourful, the ingredients fresh, & everything came out quickly despite how busy the place was. It has that lively, energetic hot?pot atmosphere that Haidilao is known for, but still feels comfortable & easy to enjoy even on a first visit. Overall, a solid & satisfying experience - I'd happily come back the next time I'm in Montreal.
Superb service by Michelle & staff for the VIP room in a last minute holiday reservation for 10. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience & were very well taken care of with toys & souvenirs. Meats were fresh & tasted great. Service was attentive & fast, in particular Michelle checked in on us frequently & thoughtfully. Thank you for making our visit so positive! Will definitely return when in town!

Order their Haidilao.. house made fresh noodles.. they are best served. A great place for Chinese hotpot... Loved the seafood dips. They are open late that's good as well
had an amazing dinner at Haidilao this past Sunday night with some friends, & I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. We were lucky to have Ghali as our server, & he truly made the experience exceptional.
Ghali was incredibly helpful, attentive, & kind he gave us great recommendations (everything he suggested was absolutely delicious), made sure we had everything we needed at all times, & even informed us about the available discounts. He answered all our questions with a smile & made us feel genuinely welcomed & cared for throughout the meal.
As for the food absolutely delicious, Fresh ingredients, rich flavors, & so many options to choose from & the sauce bar a huge necesity to anyone planning a visiste there.
A big thank you to the team for such a wonderful evening. I'll definitely be coming back soon.
This has to be the best hotpot restaurant in Montreal, located in one of the most walkable street right in downtown St Catherine. The place is clean & classy & offers really great food at the right price. Service was great, it was fast & really attentive, thank you Fanta for explaining everything & being very welcoming! Food was really good from meat to vegetables all extremely fresh, lots of items available on the menu. There is also a sauce stand available for a small extra, all the sauces were presented very cleanly & freshly prepared. Fried pork was one of the favorite dishes, the spicy soup base is REALLY spicy so pick it only if you're prepared! Honestly highly recommended.

Fondue Haidilao in Montreal is absolutely amazing! The flavors are authentic & truly remind me of the taste of my hometown. The hotpot broth is rich & flavorful, the ingredients are fresh, & the service is exceptional. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit narrow, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic hotpot!
Amazing restaurant. Best quality of food. Everything is fresh. The restaurant even add a nice touch if you go there to celebrate birthdays (it was not expected). Our server Alvin is friendly, patient & has great sense of humour. He explains the menu very clearly & detailed. We will definitely go back again & again even we are from the West Island.
Overall great Hotpot experience! The moment you walk in, you are greeted by a hostesse who will assign you a srat based on the number of your party. Each seat has a pull up storage where you can put your belongings while you enjoy the food. The sauce making & fruit section is self-served which allows your creativity to kick in to make the dipping sauce you like. The ingredients (meat & vegetables) were fresh & served in a timely manner. You should expect $50+ per person on a normal day. After 9pm, the meat price drops significantly so you can take advantage of hotpot at a more reasonable price. This restaurant is very clean & the servers are very attentive to your needs. Washroom is also equipped with extra items such as hand cream, mouth wash & floss.
Tried a delicious Chinese hotpot recently! The broth was flavorful, especially the spicy tallow beef & even tom yum. The ingredients were fresh - tender, seafood, sides ordered were nice,. I loved customizing my dipping sauce with chili oil & sesame paste. The staff were attentive, & the cozy ambiance made it even better. Perfect for a fun meal with friends or datenight ! Received a cute goodie bag at the end which was the highlight !

We had a really good time at Haidilao! The hotpot ingredients are fresh & they have a good variety. The service was fantastic, our waiter Beibei was attentive & friendly & made our experience very enjoyable.
Apart from being a bit pricey, there's nothing to complain about. The broth isn't too salty, taste with （little or) no artificial additives. The ingredients are fresh, & the kids always get fun toys. However, the portion of hand-pulled noodles has noticeably decreased.
Outstanding Service & Delicious Food! We had a fantastic time at Haidilao! The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Jenny who made our visit so enjoyable. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients & a great variety of sauces. Highly recommend!
