The food here is absolutely amazing! Our server, Jennie, was exceptional-she catered to our needs, was incredibly friendly, & maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our visit. We highly recommend her & this place! Will be back for sure.
The food was delicious! But the highlight for me was the staff, our waitress Yolanda was a sweetheart, super attentive, smiling & helpful. She recommended great dishes & checked on us all through the meal! An absolute gem!

This cozy restaurant has to be my fav hot pot place iv ever been too. Food is fresh & priced correctly, the sauce station is always kept clean & stocked, & the customers & staff are just so happy! 100% recommend
The newly opened Haidilao is incredibly bright & spacious, & the weekday discounts are fantastic! The self-serve condiment station is well-stocked, & the fruits are super sweet. There are plenty of dishes to choose from, & I was especially impressed by the Fu bag, green pepper beef tongue, & black fish slices. The spicy broth is also very authentic & highly recommended! As always, Haidilao's service is impeccable. Our waitress, Yolanda, in particular, was very enthusiastic & attentive to details. She was proactive in following up on our orders & made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend asking for her service next time you visit!
Easily the best Chinese food establishment in Montreal. Amazing service, amazing ambiance, amazing washroom & exceptionally well executed food offerings. Highly recommended. If you're on the fence about it, just go.
We came for lunch during F1 weekend as a group of 8. We spent around $40-50 per person. Definitely order the noodle dance once, it's the highlight! Our waitress Swan went above & beyond! She patiently explained the sauce bar, menu, helped top up & clear the foam from the broth, control the heat, & ran down to the 1st floor for ice cream to bring up to the 3rd floor. Loved the experience, I recommend!
We recently visited Fondue Haidilao in Montreal during our trip from Boston, & we were absolutely delighted. Having tried Haidilao in Shanghai, we were thrilled to find the same high-quality experience here, especially since Boston doesn't have a Haidilao. The food quality was exceptional, with a wide variety of options including beef, lamb, & their famous noodles. Watching a person make noodles in front of us, using them to dance, was an amazing & entertaining experience. Special thanks & high compliments to our server, Yeung. He is one of the best servers our family has ever met. Yeung was incredibly friendly, cheerful, patient, & caring. He provided aprons for everyone, & even gave hair bands to my wife & daughter who have long hair. Knowing we were travelers, he gave us a map & recommended some tourist spots. Yeung was always responsive & prioritized customer service. For example, when my child was trying to get something on the table, Yung took another route to deliver food so as not to disturb him. We observed him serving other customers with the same high energy & passion. He was attentive, constantly refilling our water & broth without us having to ask. The super high-quality service we received at Fondue Haidilao made our visit truly memorable. We will definitely come back again!

I've just eaten here. I was curious but now I'm obsessed. The best food experience here in Montreal. The service was great, the waiter Swam was amazing, very caring & professional. She accompanied us during the lunch solving our problem with the hotpot & sometimes cooking for us. I recommend it.

The best place to go for late night mean because they Open up until 4:00am. The staffs are super friendly & food is fresh, quick serve. Highly recommend. 10/10.
& we came here only because there were a lot of advertisements on Instagram, which I can say is a very cool place, they have many floors, many halls, the staff can immediately see that they care about you, try to please, explain how the system works, it's quite progressive for me. There are quite a few such establishments in Montreal , because, well, there are a lot of interesting things, for example, you choose your own food on the tablet, you choose your own sauces at the buffet table, & tables with organizers right inside. The soups are very tasty, & the meat is the same everywhere, but the soup itself always plays a big role in the Hot Cauldron. So, yes, the place is worth it, I didn't catch the show, just not a big segment at the next table. 5 out of 5 on all fronts, thank you, continue) I recommend tomato & tom yam, you'll figure it out 🫰🏼☺️
It is quite impressive for their passionate service from the very first reception to the end doggy bag packing. Good quality meat & fresh seafood plus variety of tasty hot pot soup base. There is a great "noodle stretching show" coming with the dish order "stretching noodle". Highly recommended for this dish. It is very enjoyable so dont miss or skip it. Left a GOOD tip & will be back again!
We love the franchise from Asia, so we decided to give it a chance here. We highly recommend reserving your table in advance since the wait time can be 1-2 hours, which is normal & similar to Asia. The service is good, with very professional & fast staff. While the food is on the expensive side, we understand it can't be compared to Asia, but the portion sizes were a bit small for the price point. The quality of the food is good, but it seems to be frozen rather than fresh. It's important to note that this is not an all-you-can-eat hot pot, so you have to order the broth & your dishes separately, & they also charge for the sauce station. Despite this, the noodles dance was a fun experience.
Je tiens à dire que je n'ai jamais fais d'avis google mais la wow. Juste, wow. J'étais choquer & agréablement surprise toute la soirée. Notre serveuse, Chloe, était tout simplement la meilleure serveuse que j'ai eu de ma vie, j'ai jamais eu un service aussi parfait! Elle était gentille, 200% à l'écoute & en plus elle était drôle! Elle mérite grandement une augmentation & une promotion! Si j'en avait eu les moyens, je lui aurait donner un meilleur pourboire!! Nous avons pris le HotPot a 4 bouillons & la nourriture était génial & délicieuse! Je recommande à 100% ce restaurant, il en vaut la peine.
Super ! Nous avons moi & mes cousines très bien mangées l'ambiance était très sympa, le service excellent belle recommandation. Le serveur Gao est très serviable & chaleureux, je recommande vivement !
