Apart from being a bit pricey, there's nothing to complain about. The broth isn't too salty, taste with （little or) no artificial additives. The ingredients are fresh, & the kids always get fun toys. However, the portion of hand-pulled noodles has noticeably decreased.
Outstanding Service & Delicious Food! We had a fantastic time at Haidilao! The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Jenny who made our visit so enjoyable. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients & a great variety of sauces. Highly recommend!
This cozy restaurant has to be my fav hot pot place iv ever been too. Food is fresh & priced correctly, the sauce station is always kept clean & stocked, & the customers & staff are just so happy! 100% recommend

Amazing experience!! Yeung was exceptional as was the whole team! Food is very fresh & delicious, soup bases top tier. I liked the layout & style of the restaurant. Noodle pulling at your table how can you refuse!! Would come again for sure!

The best place to go for late night mean because they Open up until 4:00am. The staffs are super friendly & food is fresh, quick serve. Highly recommend. 10/10.
It is quite impressive for their passionate service from the very first reception to the end doggy bag packing. Good quality meat & fresh seafood plus variety of tasty hot pot soup base. There is a great "noodle stretching show" coming with the dish order "stretching noodle". Highly recommended for this dish. It is very enjoyable so dont miss or skip it. Left a GOOD tip & will be back again!
We love the franchise from Asia, so we decided to give it a chance here. We highly recommend reserving your table in advance since the wait time can be 1-2 hours, which is normal & similar to Asia. The service is good, with very professional & fast staff. While the food is on the expensive side, we understand it can't be compared to Asia, but the portion sizes were a bit small for the price point. The quality of the food is good, but it seems to be frozen rather than fresh. It's important to note that this is not an all-you-can-eat hot pot, so you have to order the broth & your dishes separately, & they also charge for the sauce station. Despite this, the noodles dance was a fun experience.
Haidilao is a one-of-a-kind experience for Hot Pot, it truly takes it to a new level. Their welcoming servers are passionate & very caring for your experience & service. The soup is amazing & their ingredients are very fresh! I've been here 4 times in the past month. The ambiance at Haidilao is vibrant & inviting, perfect for gathering with friends or family. One of the things that sets this place apart is their attention to detail; from the intricate tableside noodle-making performances to the thoughtful complimentary snacks while you wait, every aspect of the dining experience is meticulously crafted to delight. Plus, the customizable dipping sauces add an extra layer of fun & personalization to your meal. It's no wonder I keep coming back for more! A true 5-star all-around restaurant!

Absolutely a 10/10 experience! The food is not only fresh but also served in generous portions. The service is excellent. Ms. Yue was incredibly helpful & kind.
I give 4 stars because there is one minus point you have to pay $4 for dipping sauce while all other hot pot restaurants do not charge for dipping sauce. The rest is all very good, the food is fresh & delicious. Service staff very friendly & very fast
First of all, I want to express our gratitude for Jen's excellent service, which provided us with a wonderful experience. Moreover, Jen really resembles Liu Tao, to the point where we're still not even sure if she is Liu Tao herself. The hotpot at Hai Di Lao is absolutely fantastic, especially the Oat Milk soup base, which is exceptionally unique. The food is also very fresh with a wide selection available. While it is a bit pricier compared to other self-service options, the overall experience is outstanding. We will definitely visit again.

We had our best Fondue in Montreal. We were served by Sage. She was so nice, very polite & always smiling. +1 ⭐ Fondue was Excellent! +1 ⭐ The tomatoes soup is so good! +1 ⭐ Meats are so fresh! +1 ⭐ Very nice decor! +1 ⭐ Clean & well maintained restrooms!
Haidilao is the best Chinese restaurant & Fondue in town. It lifts the Chinese foods & services standard in Montreal. I have been to Haidilao in China, which is a very popular chain fondue there. I am very happy that Haidilao brings their authentic tastes here, the foods are very fresh, services are amazing, bathroom is clean, even provides Listerine, toothpick & etc. The notable waitress DADA is amazing, she knows the menu well, she suggests us to try the broth & meats out of our routine, & explains exactly timing to be cooked. We followed her advices, the results are out of expectation. She made our first experience so memorable. DADA is also very energetic, not only a good waitress, she is also a good singer for the birthday songs, her energy engages people singing with her that creates happy atmosphere for the restaurant. According to DADA, she is a big fan of Haidilao while she lived in China, I highly recommend to request for her services if you would like to have exceptional experience in Haidilao. She will take care of you for no doubt.
Such a fun experience & amazing staff! Very well organized place. Clean & beautiful restaurant. Make sure to make a reservation online to avoid long wait ! The dancing pulled noodle was so nice! The face changing mask performance was cool, the waitress were so sweet & good service 10/10 ⭐️ the food was so fresh, soup based was delicious
Disappointed. We were two & spent about 170$ for dinner. The food is fresh & good. But the service was not expected to be the same as the other Hidilao's. The server just poured water for the entire meal time. After I paid the bill, she took a look at the receipt, then left. Not even say thanks, may be because I just gave 15% tips.
