We love this place. Had a great set menu for our group, & the pizzas are some of the best in town. The wine selection is also really top-tier, small Italian houses like Le Berne (who hosted our wine tasting dinner) are featured & really well priced. Highlight of the evening was having our soirée crashed by the Prime Minister of Canada 🤣 see photos…
Amazing time celebrating my wife's birthday! PATRICK our server was hands down one of montreals finest waiters. A newly graduated sommelier & creative genius behind the bar. Patrick was patient & very helpful in guiding us in the right direction when it came to both drinks & food. We let this fine gentleman pick our wine pairing & he hit it out of the park. The food was great but the service was even better. My inlaws who are fresh back from Italy said it was the closest they got to tasting the motherland in Montreal. We will be back as long as Patrick is serving us !
The wait staff are super rude to solo diners, forcing them to sit at the bar even when there are plenty of tables available. This is apparently routine behaviour, according to the friend I was staying with, who has also dined there solo a few times & has stopped going there. I was sitting for over 10 min before anyone even gave me a menu, then asked if I was ready to order. I said yes, then asked a question about the wines, & the server left without taking my order. I had to ask another server if I could please order after another 20 min had gone by. The pizza I ordered was good, but very much underbaked & soggy in the middle. A large family with several screaming small children were immediately opposite, so that was my experience of the atmosphere. Would not go back.
The pizza was actually delicious; fresh & really well-made. However, the wine was served a bit too warm for our taste, which wasn't ideal.
What bothered us most was the rushed service. While we were still chatting with food left on the table, the waiter came by to ask if we were done, making us feel like we had to hurry, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It definitely took away from the experience.
Food is fantastic. We had the Misticanza & Burrata salads & then the classic pizza. The selection of wines by the glass was ordinary but the negroni was lovely. The decor is inviting but the music is so very loud. Everyone around us was yelling in order to have a conversation so the ambiance was quite unpleasant. They also seemed to be understaffed for a Friday night so service was a slow. I won't return for dinner since it's impossible to have a conversation & it's clear from the amount of similar complaints in the reviews that management must know it's too loud, & won't be changing that.

Food was fresh, we had the lemon butter ravioli that was filled with spinach & ricotta. We also had the artichoke, olive, prosciutto pizza. The dishes were exactly as described & the pizza dough was semi dense but not chewy. We just felt that it was priced very high for the quality & atmosphere. Wine was also expensive & not quite to our tastes. Overall we may have been more satisfied if it were cheaper.
Good pasta, great pizza, good desserts. Very correct for the price. Also, nice atmosphere, good music, & the restaurant is pretty. However, the service is sloppy. They are friendly enough, that's not the issue, but it feels like the waiters are either understaffed, working in a weird system, or didn't know their job. We asked for a pizza to share as an entree, & another pizza & 2 pasta dishes as the main. We were pretty cheesy about what was what. Everything came at the same time, so first of all, so my pizza was cold by the time I ate it, & then the side of fries came when we were done eating. The dessert menu appeared before taking out the table, so we were looking at our dirty dishes while trying to imagine the dessert. Decent wine menu though, correct prices. Conclusion: I'd go with some friends, hang out, have a bottle of wine & snack on a pizza. You'll have a good time.
Me & my friend went for supper at Fiorellino on De la Gauchetiere.I ordered Fusilli with pesto & Burrata It was just ok I had way better at MARCELLO in Old Montreal. Then I ordered a bottle of wine & I asked for the Sangiovese Moltopulciano the waiter comes back & asks me we don't have it & then he ask's me can you show me exactly which one oh sorry we do have it.So the waiter brings the bottle poors it into my glass for me to taste it it was good but a bit warm. Then my friend tells this is not the wine you ordered on the bottle it was written Piceno Rosso I call back the waiter & I tell him this is not the wine I ordered & he says it's the same thing & I told him no it's not & on top of that it was Biological. I told the waiter forget about it.As for my friend he ordered a Pizza the Classico he told the waiter he wanted it well cooked. After the waiter brings my friend the Pizza it looked good but when he tasted it my friend was disappointed ,wasn't cooked well enough & it was to wet & gummy I tasted it didn't like it.The waiter told us nobody ever made a complaint here & I told him there's a first time for everything.I asked the waiter is the owner here he said no.We were both disappointed in my opinion the waiter didn't know what he was talking about.Unfortunately I will not go back.
Split an amazing cacio Pepe pizza with a nice bottle of wine with my fiancee for dinner. The Caesar salads were delicious as well! The waiting staff was superb & watching the pizzas being made with gusto was fun as well. Definitely recommend!

Patrick our bartender was great. Excellent knowledge of dishes served & wine. Food was very good, & the spot was busy so the cooking staff was on point. It was full so we ate at the bar, met Tommy the owner who was gracious & thanked us for our business & sent us a nice dessert. We will come back.
We were a small group of 7. Food was great, the fried zucchini were amazing. Nice choice of wine & cocktails, their take on the old fashion is delicious. The waitress Channel was very kind & fast. Pizza is authentic, with a real Italian oven.
When we arrived-on time for our reservation-we waited at the entrance for a long time before anyone came to seat us. The hostess was polite & professional, but after a few moments at the 2-top, constantly repeating what we'd just said, we thought it might be easier to hear each other if we sat at one of the sidewalk tables, so we asked for that. The hostess was very nice, & walked us back through the restaurant, out the front door, & over to a lovely 2-top on the sidewalk-a treat on a balmy September evening. Anyway. The restaurant leaves its street-facing doors open so as to bring fresh air into the space; while we still heard a serious roar going on inside, it was a big improvement, sound-wise. That said, there were numerous customers sitting inside & welcoming additional members of their raucous party who yelled to late arrivals to skip the front door & "Just walk through right here, that's what we did!", which meant my chair was bumped into, over & over, by diners who were too lazy to walk through the front door. The hips of one customer thumped me so hard, she caused me to spill my wine. The service was friendly, but the food orders were very delayed: fritti misti (fried zucchini, calamari, & a couple of small shrimp), while tasty, was delivered by someone other than the original waitperson, & was sadly lukewarm-to-cold. Fritti misti should be served super-hot! This was on a Monday night, too, so I can only imagine how things would be on a weekend night. My burrata app was chewy & tough, though the peach & tomato salad surroundings were tasty. For an appetizer costing in the high $20s, I'd expect fresh (soft!) burrata. The mushroom tagliatelle was tasty but extremely oily. My partner's rigatoni alla vodka was excellent, as was his cannoli. As I sipped my espresso, yet another patron exited through the French doors, slamming into my back. I'd had enough. I said, "The front door is OVER THERE!" & she charmingly stuck her middle finger in my face.
We booked a reservation at the recommendation of our hotel concierge. The wine list is robust if you want to buy by the bottle however the by the glass options are limited. Ordered a caesar salad to share (underwhelming - nothing you can't make at home) & a pizza & a pasta. The pizza, cacio e pepe - was great - a lot of food & had to take half home. Service was fine, not great but not bad. My only complaint would be the volume of the music. Just too loud for anyone wanting to talk.

The ambience was very cozy & intimate. Reservation needed. We ordered the burrata starter & focaccia bread, both extremely fresh & delicious. For mains, we had the gnocchi & mushroom tagliatelle, both very flavourful. They also have a huge wine selection. Highly recommend!
we had a great meal, unfortunately we found 2 hairs. one in the main & one in the dessert. we also ordered wine & it didn’t arrive until after the mains were delivered. i would love to come back here & i’ve been here before but this was not the service i was expecting tonight, it was also very difficult to flag down our waitress to rectify this problem.
Good pizza. We took two simple puzza, one beer (they were out of tap beer, I had to take a can of beer) & one glass of wine, with tips & taxes 95$. Service was good. The restaurant is beautiful inside.
