Came here for Valentine's Day dinner & had horrible experience. We saw a mice under our table twice & we were moved to another table. We let the staff know the waiters were nice & they moved us to another tabel. However, we lost our appetite because we felt disgusted. The manager came in & he handle the situation terribly. Joking about it instead of acknowledging the fact that he needs to take care of this issue as it is a restaurant & cleanliness of the restaurant should be thier top priority I don't know how they passed health & safety. Totally disappointed & did not appreciate how the manager handles it . He still wanted us to pay for a full course meal even tho we only had a tiny mini pizza & salad. We did not mind paying for it however the fact that he did not come to the table when we asked to speak with him really disappointed us. He told the server he was busy very unprofessional. I will inform Health safety so they can run thier inquiries.
I was looking for a charming, welcoming Italian restaurant & was not disappointed! This spot in downtown Montreal was absolutely delightful. I ordered the creste al ragù, which was delicious, as well as the vodka pasta & their fresh mixed lettuce salad. Everything tasted authentic & well-prepared.
The only thing I would mention is that, for the price, the pasta portions felt a little small. That said, the quality of the food & the overall atmosphere more than made up for it. Our waiter was extremely polite & the overall staff was very friendly.

Great place to eat. The waiter, Zach, was well versed in all the menu options & made good recommendations. We added prosciutto to our tomato smoked mozzarella pizza & the salad (arugula, pickled fennel, picked onions, & mandarins) was a fantastic addition. Visited on a Sunday night in late July.
Had been recommended to us & was not disappointed. Service was very friendly & responsive. Best pizza ever. Wood fired oven & special dough made for an amazing crust. Toppings were delicious. Salad was so good we ordered a second helping. A must try when in Montreal.
Came in on a busy night & were happy to get a table right away. Our server was serving the whole bar top plus our section so service was a bit slow, but food came out quickly. He recommended the ragu pasta & it was amazing! We also loved the mushroom tagliatelle & Caesar salad. The cheesecake on special was criminally small, but absolutely delicious. The food is definitely the highlight here, service was friendly & personable but more staff could help with speed. The menu could also be changed online, I had my heart set on a dish only to find that the menu had changed!
Great Neapolitan pizza! Delicious bolognese. Caesar salad was delicious, although could have used a touch more dressing. Perfect dirty martini! Great service. Dimly lit. Great spot!

We went to Fiorellino for the first time last night & it was great!
We ordered 4 dishes + dessert (tiramisu) - the beetroot salad (with whipped ricotta!!), the burrata, the tartufata & the rigatoni vodka. My boyfriend had a classic negroni.
Each dish was unique in flavour & we loved every bite! Portions were just right for the two of us & we were hungry. My boyfriend said it was the best white sauce pizza he's ever had. :)
He also mentioned the negroni was exactly as you imagine a negroni to be.
There was a DJ playing music & it was at the ideal volume. We could still chat with each other while enjoying our food & the ambience.
I would recommend as a cute date spot or for a night with friends or family! Also, I would recommend reserving before hand as they are popular & seats get filled up very quickly from what we saw.
Food is fantastic. We had the Misticanza & Burrata salads & then the classic pizza. The selection of wines by the glass was ordinary but the negroni was lovely. The decor is inviting but the music is so very loud. Everyone around us was yelling in order to have a conversation so the ambiance was quite unpleasant. They also seemed to be understaffed for a Friday night so service was a slow. I won't return for dinner since it's impossible to have a conversation & it's clear from the amount of similar complaints in the reviews that management must know it's too loud, & won't be changing that.

Great spot for the best pizza in Montreal Recommended by Four Seasons Very friendly owner Heirloom tomato & beet salad is to die for Pizza is super thin crust very tasty perfect texture Homemade peanut butter & jelly cheesecake topped it all off Go to for pizza when we're in town
We had the pizza & it was phenomenal. I will tell you basically they are meant for one person. They look bigger but are very thin. Maybe with a salad 2 can share 1 pizza. Our server was Marjorie. She was super knowledgeable & kind
While the Caesar salad was nice, I was quite disappointed with the pesto pasta. The portion was really small & not generous with the burrata, especially considering the price of $31 CAD. I expected better value for the cost. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations, & I hope they improve the portion sizes & quality of the pasta dish in the future.

Split an amazing cacio Pepe pizza with a nice bottle of wine with my fiancee for dinner. The Caesar salads were delicious as well! The waiting staff was superb & watching the pizzas being made with gusto was fun as well. Definitely recommend!
Food was very good, had a pizza & a salad, but it took almost 45 minutes to get the salad & 1.5 hours for the pizza. The wait was very long. I would order takeout instead of dining in.
When we arrived-on time for our reservation-we waited at the entrance for a long time before anyone came to seat us. The hostess was polite & professional, but after a few moments at the 2-top, constantly repeating what we'd just said, we thought it might be easier to hear each other if we sat at one of the sidewalk tables, so we asked for that. The hostess was very nice, & walked us back through the restaurant, out the front door, & over to a lovely 2-top on the sidewalk-a treat on a balmy September evening. Anyway. The restaurant leaves its street-facing doors open so as to bring fresh air into the space; while we still heard a serious roar going on inside, it was a big improvement, sound-wise. That said, there were numerous customers sitting inside & welcoming additional members of their raucous party who yelled to late arrivals to skip the front door & "Just walk through right here, that's what we did!", which meant my chair was bumped into, over & over, by diners who were too lazy to walk through the front door. The hips of one customer thumped me so hard, she caused me to spill my wine. The service was friendly, but the food orders were very delayed: fritti misti (fried zucchini, calamari, & a couple of small shrimp), while tasty, was delivered by someone other than the original waitperson, & was sadly lukewarm-to-cold. Fritti misti should be served super-hot! This was on a Monday night, too, so I can only imagine how things would be on a weekend night. My burrata app was chewy & tough, though the peach & tomato salad surroundings were tasty. For an appetizer costing in the high $20s, I'd expect fresh (soft!) burrata. The mushroom tagliatelle was tasty but extremely oily. My partner's rigatoni alla vodka was excellent, as was his cannoli. As I sipped my espresso, yet another patron exited through the French doors, slamming into my back. I'd had enough. I said, "The front door is OVER THERE!" & she charmingly stuck her middle finger in my face.
We booked a reservation at the recommendation of our hotel concierge. The wine list is robust if you want to buy by the bottle however the by the glass options are limited. Ordered a caesar salad to share (underwhelming - nothing you can't make at home) & a pizza & a pasta. The pizza, cacio e pepe - was great - a lot of food & had to take half home. Service was fine, not great but not bad. My only complaint would be the volume of the music. Just too loud for anyone wanting to talk.
If you're after an authentic Italian, this comes very close! Service is friendly & efficient, pizzas are on a perfect thin base. Toppings are simple & elegantly done. Diavolo was fab, as is a classic Margherita. Both times I've been the arrival of the pizza is so quick - if you haven't ordered starters you can expect it in less than a couple of minutes even if the restaurant is busy (& it is always busy!). Garden salad good but basic, limoncello spritz a perfect aperitif. If you're a traveller dining alone expect to sit at the bar or pizza bar - only negative is that these positions are not great for absorbing the atmosphere of the restaurant.
