Cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rends au Fiorellino & honnêtement, je ne suis jamais déçue ! Nous avons toujours le droit à un service accueillant & chaleureux. La cuisine est excellente, foncez !

Excellente table, ambiance agréable, service rapide & courtois. On a été très bien conseillé pour le vin. Le poulpe est délicieux, pizza délicieuse, les pâtes vongolle sont un must.

The food was delicious, & the ambiance was great. Service a bit slow but we weren't in a rush. Unfortunately at the end of the night a mouse ran by our table. The server said'he didn't see it', almost trying to downplay or deny it happened. They offered us some shots, but I believe better compensation for that occurring should have been provided. I see a review from 6 months ago where that happened to someone else. Seems they should fix their rodent problem more quickly than that if they don't want to get shut down. It would be a shame because it's a great place otherwise.

It was my first day in Montreal, & I was trying to find the entrance to the restaurant. I initially approached the patio area because I genuinely couldn't tell where the entrance was. When I eventually found the entrance & went inside, I was simply trying to get a menu from one of the servers.

The male staff member at the front asked me,'Are you lost?' The way he said it felt very condescending & unwelcoming, rather than like he was genuinely trying to help. I explained to him that I was a tourist & that it was my first day in Montreal.

Instead of simply welcoming me or showing me where the entrance was, he continued making comments about the fact that I had been in the other area trying to find the door, & even said that it was'weird.' I found this particularly uncomfortable because he could clearly see that I was unfamiliar with the restaurant & was simply trying to figure out how to enter.

I understand that he could not have known that it was my first day in Montreal before I told him. However, once I explained that I was a tourist, I would have expected a more welcoming response, something as simple as'Welcome to Montreal' or'Let me show you our menu'.

Instead, I felt embarrassed & unwelcome, so I simply walked out.

Very nice Italian restaurant! The food was delicious we had octopus,& pastas with clams & truffles. For decert almond cake & lemon meringue. All was great.

The food was really good, however the service was really bad. We were a group of 12 people & our waiter came to our table 3 times during our 3 hours there (1 time for drinks, 1 time to take our food order & 1 time to give our bills). We couldn't get his attention all night unless he decided to come to our table despite us trying to make contact with him.
