****WORSE SERVICE EVER****
I have reserve a month prior our office Christmas lunch for 10 people. Half an hour before our lunch time the Manager called Me to tell my reservation is cancelled because of lack of space. There was reservation for another group of 83 people which they changed for 93 on the same day. So the Manager kicked our group out without giving any apologies nor compensations. The worse thing is he said he left Me messages few days prior but I've never had any call nor any vocal message from Fiorellino. I've checked my phone logs andnever seen any calls from the restaurant. I don't like when people lie and think were stupid people... I have explained to the Manager that he cannot kick us out and give our reservation to the other group. Because the other group changed the number of their reservation....especially during the Christmas time because all the other restaurants are already fully booked... that's why I made my reservation a month ago. I have asked to talk to the owner but the Manager refused to give Me the number. When finally the owner called he never gave any apologies and telling me that I don't understand the business. As a client I don't need to understand his business. I am only expecting good service and good food. I am working for a big company located next to Fiorellino restaurant and will make sure none of us will nerver book this restaurent again.
J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. Très bon, bonne ambiance et excellent service. Et c'est beau !
Les plats sont bon mais très petite portion pour le prix. Le service était impeccable par contre. Mais disons je suggère de prendre une entrée plat principal et dessert pour ne plus avoir faim car moi même je ne mange pas de grosse portion et j'avais encore faim en sortant.

Maybe they need to put jugs of water on the tables so guests can fill their own glasses.
De loin la meilleure pate à pizza !!!! Je pensais que recevoir une pizza dans une assiette avec beaucoup de couleurs et un parfum aillé faisait de celle-ci une bonne pizza !!!! Erreur..... Pauvre de moi qui n'ait découvert la vraie pate à pizza que maintenant ! pourquoi elle est si différente ? simplement parce qu'elle est légère, le vrai goût de la pizza, la pate fond dans la bouche et la forme n'est ni truquée, ni pate mince mais une VRAIE pizza !! Le secret est la pate !!! j'en suis convaincue... Sinon, c'est une réussite cet établissement qui se veut être cuisine pour tout le monde et surtout cuisine santé !! Que ce soient les salades, plats et autres entrées typiques italiennes, le goût et la légereté des aliments sont incomparables !! ET pour les lieux... vraiment pas prétentieux... on se croirait presque dans un établissement des années 50 requinqués des années 2000 !! Petite fleur... tu vas devenir une grande fleur...
Pizza is simply amazing!
Obsolutely fantastic! An eating experience of orgasmic proportions!
Every dish, ranging from the prosciutto crutto pizza to the (my personal favorite) butternut squash carpaccio were flawless.
Put it this way, my mother, an italian born and raised woman who doesn't believe in restaurants (if you're southern italian, you understand) ate every single bite on every single one of her dishes, something I have never witnessed in my life! The food is that good.
It's a hands down must try, you will not regret it.
The place looks great, very comfortable laid back atmosphere, cool seating arrangement and a salummi bar that you can dine on.
The service very good, very professional and very European feeling.

Food was absolutely delicious , service was genuine and well placed. Started with the squash carpaccio and home made tuna and tuna and squash appetizers.. Incredibly tasty and original which is difficult to find these days . Next was pork and cabbage ragu which had me licking the plate and craving the dish the rest of the week . blue cheese and home made Ham pizza was UNBELIEVABLE !!!! And of course sweet toothed foodies like ourselves took the khaki dessert which is probably one of my favourite desserts in a long time ! Fiorellino will most definitely have me back again and again !
This is not a place for everyone. If you want to see and be seen, then yes.. go. If you want to watch a bunch of friends of the owner, manager, cook, waitstaff kissing up to each other, and get special service, then yes, go. That's the kind of place it is right now. I have been twice- and both times it was a sycophantish show. The food is ok, but not enough to make me overlook the incredibly bad acoustics, awkward table placements, and shoddy service.
IF this place wants to become somewhere everyone wants to go for great pizza and a nice atmosphere, they have a long way to go. Soft open issues should be a thing of the past. The menu is quite small (why????)
Did not spend a pleasant evening. Luckily the bill was very reasonable, so at least we're not adding insult to injury.
