Need to try while visiting Canada. I'm not a fan of crepes, but this was just my spanish grandmother just making it for us before school. Must try. Any coupons for loyal members? Lol
Perfect spot for an authentic Montreal lunch. Nice selection of beverages & expertly prepared crepes made with fresh, local ingredients. Service is professional & friendly.
If I was an endless pit I would have liked to have ordered every items on the menu!
We came with 3 adults, 3 children (ages 5, 7, 9) & one infant around 2:30pm. The bottom floor was all taken so we were guided to the 2nd floor where there was much more room to walk between tables & more suitable for young children.
There was room to store the stroller on the main floor behind a smaller room behind doors which helped. If we wanted to bring the stroller up to the 2nd floor I am sure that would have been accommodated.
Staff are jovial, amusing, competent & considerate. Our servers was great with children. That counts for a lot.
The crepes themselves are soft, pliable, fluffier, moist & eggy without the eggy taste. Some places make the crepe too dry & thin for my liking.
La Charlevoix crepe stuffed with just the right amount of ham, brie, spinach & bechamel sauce came with 2 crepes that could be shared. The brie shines through.
The Vida Loca cold milkshake with dark chocolate, milk, Baileys & whipped cream was reminisce of an egg nog without the egg nog taste. Not too sweet at all & easy to drink. Whipped cream is not a mountain on top but more whipped into the drink before serving.
It is great to be able to order crepes specifically for kids in a portion that they could consume. The Quebecoise fit the bill & they were even given a large dispenser of maple syrup to go with it.
We just couldn't stop here so for novelty we also ordered the Chocolate fondue for 2 persons which excellently fulfilled everyone's sweet needs to dip something in chocolate. It was the perfect amount for the 6 of us to have just enough to satiate us after an already large meal.
Best French onion soup I've ever had... & the crepes were awesome! Could have shared one with my wife though as our order each came with two large crepes! I got the shrimp & each was packed full of shrimp!
So many restaurants in this area & i landed on this one for a quick crepe & it was honestly disgusting. The cheese tasted.aweful & pungent & it ruined the crepe altotogether. My bf & i almost gaged at what we ordered. The creme sauce for the crepe tasteless.
Service was mediocre & decor inside was mediocre.
Definately id skip this place.
So disappointed. Onion soup was ok. Tasty but not an “ah” moment. The crepes were a real disappointment. We are used to thin crispy crepes. Too bad Ty Briezh closed. These crepes were too thick. Béchamel sauce was really blah. Will not go back. Staff were very nice
Service rapide & staff aimable, la crêpe était très bonne & la colada une des meilleures que j'ai bu depuis des années
Overall good crepes. I had one with goat cheese, honey & almonds. For my taste goat cheese was too salty & didn't go well with honey. Wife & kids liked their choices.
It was a hot day & aircondiner on the first floor could not keep up with it.
Lovely spot for a Sunday brunch if you have a hankering for crepes! Highly recommend trying the Florentine, & La Cheesecake!
One of the tastiest pancakes that come with a mediocre interior design for an old port location & somewhat average service. However, the crepes were indeed finger lickin good & made sure we will be back there sometimes soon!
