Le service est courtois & professionnel. La nourriture est excellente & il y a une grande diversités de thé. Mes ami.es avec des restrictions alimentaires ont été bien accomodé.es.
Il y a aussi un petit espace pour acheter des accessoires dans la thématiques du thé.
Je compte y retourner & je recommande cet endroit !
Cute little gem in Montreal 🩷 We had tea here during sugar shack season, & it was excellent. There were many options for various teas, with each person getting their own pot. The menu was curated, included savory & sweet options, & was surprisingly filling. The maple sweets were of course a must-have if visiting during sugaring off time.
The staff were friendly, & spoke both English & French.
Absolutely beautiful high tea spot in Old Port Montreal 💕 The pink, elegant decor feels like a fairytale, & every detail is thoughtfully done. The tea selection is great, & the pastries & sandwiches are both delicious & beautifully presented. Service is warm & attentive. Perfect for a classy & memorable experience!
Paparmane pour un tea time!!! L'endroit parfait pour suspendre le temps. Paparmane n'a rien a envier au Ritz avec son ambiance unique & sa variété de thé surprenante. Nous avons essayé le thé rooibos chocolat Maya, vanille jazz ainsi qu'un thé noir pêche & crème....un délice. Que dire de la tour de bouchées!! J'y retournerai à coup sûr!! Nous avons la table pour 2 heures de temps. Ils offrent l'expérience classique à 55$ ou la royale à 85$ qui inclut une petite bouteille de champagne. Les prix sont par personne.
The vibe was lovely. The servers don't speak English. The place is very nice. The food was not good, sadly. Generally pretty low quality, but it's a beautiful place & the servers were very friendly nonetheless!

Pros:
- Beautiful ambiance: We were a group of five seated in the lovely couch area.
- Child-friendly: Colouring was set up for the kids. Really cute high tea child menu available. Despite arriving at 5:30pm, we had to wait a while before we were seated. However, my children were busy admiring the tea cup display at the entrance & my younger two were preoccupied playing with the wooden tea set.
- The food was beautifully presented. I appreciated the Chef's creativity & enjoyed the maple syrup theme for the high tea menu. I look forward to trying another seasonal high tea!
- I chose pink peppermint tea & loved it. One of my daughters also really enjoyed it & preferred it over her cotton candy tea.
- Accomodations to allergies & food preferences were very much appreciated.
- Kind staff who offered to take a photo of our family.
Con:
- Lack of communication between staff members, who seemed a little flustered on a Saturday. Upon booking on Paparmane's website five days in advance, we mentioned our food allergies & preferences. Throughout the week Paparmane sent us an e-mail regarding the food allergies, & we re-confirmed these & our preferences. We then received a call from Paparmane the day before our reservation, & once again we kindly reminded them of our food allergies & preferences. Upon arrival, three different staff members who served us were unaware of our allergies & preferences, so I had to remind them, despite communicating these to the restaurant three times prior.
We enjoyed the experience & would return - perhaps on a weekday next time!
Salon de thé avec un décor magique & théâtral. En passant le pas de la porte vous entrez dans un autre univers où chaque détails a été pensé pour vivre un moment exceptionnel. La saveur est au rendez-vous & le personnel est accueillant & compétent. Un lieu pour passer du bon temps entre amies. Il y a aussi un menu sans gluten & végétalien.
Très amatrice des salons de thé, je n'ai pas été déçue.
Leur High Tea est vraiment très bon, la qualité des aliments & de leur présentation vaut vraiment le prix. & tout cela dans un cadre à la fois haut en couleur & très chaleureux.
J'ai même pu repartir avec un sachet du thé que j'avais bu avec le high tea grâce à leur petite boutique de thé & produits dérivés.
Très bel accueil & service impeccable. Lieu très bien décoré, où on n'est pas pressé par le temps : une vraie petite bulle. Les choix sont variés & les menus changeants. Le choix de thé est incroyable & l'attention au détail est belle à voir ! Je recommande 100%, une belle idée de cadeau 🎁 Petit bonus pour le menu entier vege, où il n'y a pas de compromis!!!

In-croy-able!!! Surprise totale! On est passé en avant & l'affiche disait'Salon de thé', alors nous sommes entrées... & quelle surprise! Ambiance glam chic, serveurs en costard, miroirs & accessoires aux murs... Coup de coeur immédiat!!! Nous avons pris une dégustation des thés prestiges de la maison & miaaaammm... Exquis! Avoir su, nous aurions planifié & réservé pour manger! Hélas, nous avions un temps plutôt limité... Notre serveur, Keven, était incroyable. Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain passage, c'est certain!
Was very good. Wait staff friendly, & you can see a lot of thought goes into the entire process. A seasonal menu keeps the interest fresh as well. Hats off to you ✌?
Great food, great atmosphere & place. The adults menu was amazing. The kids menu was definitely for very young kids & overly sweet, but still I would definitely recommend. The staff is amazing too

Nous sommes venues pour célébrer un événement & nous avons été accueillis comme des reines! Après un léger retard, dû aux invités qui occupaient la table avant nous, nous avons pu pleinement profiter de l'accueil qu'offre Le Paparmane à ceux qui franchissent leurs portes! Il y a de nombreux choix pour le thé, le menu était délicieux & on est repartie avec notre sachet de thé favoris! J'y retournerai avec plaisir! Merci pour tout!
Papermane delivered an elegant, personalized high tea experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.
We were particularly charmed by the attentive service, the custom tea-steeping hourglasses, & the impeccable macarons. I enjoyed the variety among the savory bites. After responding to the customer satisfaction survey, the owner replied very considerately.
As Americans visiting Quebec for the first time, we loved Papermane!
Un endroit où vivre une expérience très agréable. Le concept de thé à l'anglaise nous a beaucoup plu. Le service était très professionnel par tous les membres du personnel & finalement nous avons trouvé délicieuses chaque bouchée. Le thé blanc était notre choix.
