Very nice restaurant & bar, lively & buzzing, with very interesting modern food options. Excellent choices for seafood in particular, & the cocktail menu was excellent, staff were very friendly. Worth a visit for a more upscale night out.
For being so expensive, the food kinda misses the mark. We got the beet salad, focaccia, the croquettes, the beef tartare & the lamb. Over all things were okay but the attention to details was missing. About half the lamb piece was fat which was kinda disappointing. The croquettes came with a sauce which was a little tasteless. Same with the sauce that came with the focaccia. We got a chocolate tart for dessert & it was okay. Not too bad. Can't go wrong with peanut butter & chocolate. The drinks were nice but the attention to detail was missing. Eg no cherries for old fashioneds. Like I get it different places make it different but if it's in the classic recipe & we're ordering a classic drink... would be nice to just include it in the drink. The service was wonderful & fast :)

The food was exquisite & we were very impressed by the service. This was our second visit to Cadet &, three years after our first meal there, we were happy to see that the restaurant maintains a high & consistent standard.
Fun for a date night & fairly affordable. Leeks, zucchini & chocolate tart were fantastic. We also had the shrimp, croquettes, & broccoli which were good. We had a little issue with one of the cocktails ordered but they took it back & remade it without hesitation when it was mentioned which I appreciate (the remake was good).

fabulous meal & attentive service. Tiger shrimp special & broccoli were the highlights, as well as the focaccia. Lots of seafood & veggies on the menu!
Nourriture excellente à l'exception des pâtes qui était extrêmement huileuse & prise en pain. Les cocktails étaient bien sans plus, rien de extraordinaire pour le prix demandé.
Au niveau du service, l'accueil était chaleureux. Par contre, nous n'avion toujours pas de vin au moment de servir le repas. Personne pour nous conseiller sur le choix des vins ( pas de sommelier). Bref le service & l'ambiance n'était pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Located on a less busy road, maybe questionable ongoings outside the door but you'd never know.
