We had dinner outside on the terrace & people that got there after us got served before us even after asking for a waiter we waited a nother 30min before someone served us & we had a 3 year old that needed to eat . They forgot about us even if we where next to other tables that they where serving drinks & food

Food looks good, but tastes under expectations. Prices are not justified, considering food quality. Our waiter was so-so, his way of speaking was not too pleasant.
Parking in the front of the restaurant can sometimes be a problem but there is ample parking behind the restaurant. Our 19h00 reservation for ten (10) was not a problem for them to accommodate us & we were seated at a nice round table for everyone to be able to talk to each other. Menu's were already on the table at every seat. Our Server arrived as we were being seated with glasses for water & a very pleasant welcome. Those who wanted ordered a few drinks & we perused our menus for 10 minutes or so until everyone had decided what they wanted to order. As we had two (2) family members with food allergies, after our server took the orders the Manager came to the table to discuss how their chef's will prepare the meals for these diners; which we appreciated. Appetizers arrived within a reasonable delay & were very tasty - Brussel Sprouts, Nacho's w. Dip, Cauliflower. With ten (10) different mains ordered they all arrived at the same time with three (3) other servers helping ours bring them to the table so everyone had a hot dish all at the same time. After we had finished eating We had a birthday cake with us & our server brought us a fire starter device to light the candles & we were able to cut & serve the cake for everyone who still had some room for dessert. It was a very enjoyable evening & the reason we continue to return to this location in Saint-Sauveur.
Super repas. Les ribs sont vraiment très bonne (viande fondante & sauce incroyable) .
Merci à Nancy pour l'accueil, le service & pour mon gâteau d'anniversaire (de fête en québécois!). Une chaîne de restaurants pour laquelle on est pas déçu ;)
The place was nice & the service was okay but it took 20 minutes for a server to come order our drinks. After ordering, it was a 20 minute wait before getting the food which isn't long but we still didn't have our drinks. My partner liked his meal but the fish in my dish tasted odd which i did mention to the server. Overall my experience wasn't incredible but I would be open to trying again.
Not what it used to be food wise. But same exemplary wonderful service.
No more apples with cinnamon. Backed potato was ok but no sour cream on the side.

Personnel très simpatique & très efficace , pour les plat les plat étais très bon pour ma part j'avais pris le srip long New York très bon je vous le conseill
Went to this one & like always had the full rack of baby back ribs.
My mom had a flank steak asian salad. Can't go wrong ! My waiter has been there a long time & very polite & professional. Thanks to all the staff
