Désoler pour ma part encore déçu de la qualité de st Hubert le good du poulet n'es plus pareil comme avant . Le poulet n'es même pus rôtie pour ma part cetais ma dernière fois très déçu & pour le prix ça ne vaux pas le poulet .

Je prend le temps ici d'écrire car la serveuse est exceptionnelle , nous y allons peut être une fois par mois , & elle se rappelle de nos préférence , elle offre un excellent service avec le sourire & est attentionné à nous

la présentation, la sauce, la cuisson de ce plats fut parfaite.

We finished a full day of skiing at St Sauveur & decided to eat out. The St-Hubert was able to accommodate us with no reservation on a Wednesday evening. 5 kids at one table & 6 adults at another table next to them.
The bar had a live DJ which was very unexpected. The bar area was hopping. Kids loved the music & we found it very entertaining.
Food was as expected so were the drinks. My only complaint was that service was very slow. From order to first drinks was over 20 minutes & it took a while to get our order in. Well over an hour before any food made it to the table. Although the bar area was busy the floor itself wasn't. Maybe a staffing issue?
Overall a good experience just much longer then we expected.
St-Hubert is probably not very different from the other Chicken joints in Quebec, but it is always well-cooked, no blood, but juicy & not at all dry. I guess that one day, I'll go to another chain & try to tell if one rotisserie chicken actually out-does the others, but it's kind of like finding a Pizza place that delivers & is really good, yet looking at 4 others just in case one is slightly better, meanwhile, the place you liked has changed their chef & now you've got nothing! Better the devil you know!
Commander une poitrine au comptoir & arrivé à la maison c'était une cuisse. La facture inscrivait bien une poitrine… comme les boites sont attachées, on ne vérifie pas & on a la désagréable surprise à la maison… que peut-on faire??? On mange la cuisse en étant insatisfait…La commande 551 aujourd'hui le 16 janvier.

Annonce d'un spestacle Jim Zeller ce 15 janvier 18h, je me rends &… CANCELLÉ, c'était ma raison #1 d'aller là.
Je ne peux pas mettre plus d'étoile, dsl.
Dorénavant lorsqu'il y aura des artistes invités DANS PEU IMPORTE LE ST-HUBERT, c'est un gros NON pour moi, FINI, tant qu'à faire, gang de pauvres, annoncez donc Pink Floyd & cancellez dernière minute, c'est pas plus cher! 😡
This restaurant has seen better days. They seem low on staff & the service that's given is very slow. No designated hostess & just a busboy who cleans tables & also seats people. Food is decent & prices affordable. I miss the days when st-hubert was a real full service restaurant.
J'ai commandé pour toute la famille, TRÈS déçu! Les frites n'étaient pas fraiches, très sec & vide à l'intérieur. Les côtes levées n'étaient pas appétissantes du tout & étaient dure à séparer & la salade de chou traditionnel ne gouttait rien, comme si il n'y avait pas de vinaigre dedans.. C'est la 2e fois & la dernière que je commande là.
My first time here was not a very possitive experience BUT I DESIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY, & I have it as my goto place for breakfast every other week since. Service is excellent Food Hot Fresh & Tasy & this includes coffee because thats a food group for me.
Bravo to the management this is what I remember Mike was & is. Thank you!
