We finished a full day of skiing at St Sauveur & decided to eat out. The St-Hubert was able to accommodate us with no reservation on a Wednesday evening. 5 kids at one table & 6 adults at another table next to them.

The bar had a live DJ which was very unexpected. The bar area was hopping. Kids loved the music & we found it very entertaining.

Food was as expected so were the drinks. My only complaint was that service was very slow. From order to first drinks was over 20 minutes & it took a while to get our order in. Well over an hour before any food made it to the table. Although the bar area was busy the floor itself wasn't. Maybe a staffing issue?

Overall a good experience just much longer then we expected.

I am an loyal St Hubert customer. The ribs are my favourite. Any St Hubert I have been to the ribs are always tender & fall off the bone. St Sauveur location the ribs had barely any sauce & the meat was so tough I couldn't cut through it. The waiter Marc asked how it was & when advised they were tough he said "sorry about that, enjoy". Never asked if we wanted a refill on our coleslaw or our soft drinks. Bad service & bad customer service. At the end he again asked if I was finished with my plate. Told him again I couldn't finish them as they were too tough. Again sorry but no recourse. Never an offer to cook something else, to fix it or compensate us. Ribs are not an inexpensive dish. The rest of our food was great! I don't usually write reviews but this was unacceptable. Unhappy customer.

J'ai eu le plaisir de visiter le Restaurant & bar St-Hubert à Saint-Sauveur récemment & je suis ravi de pouvoir partager mon expérience. Dès l'entrée, l'ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale nous a accueillis. Le décor est magnifique, alliant parfaitement charme rustique & touches modernes. La cuisine est tout simplement délicieuse ! J'ai opté pour la tradition avec une généreuse assiette végétarienne . Le service était quant à lui attentionné & efficace, les serveurs étant aux petits soins. Au-delà de l'excellent repas, nous avons également pu profiter de la superbe terrasse . Un véritable havre de paix au coeur de Saint-Sauveur. Je recommande le Restaurant & bar St-Hubert à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un moment convivial & savourer une délicieuse cuisine réconfortante.

2 at lunch-Friday afternoon, bar section. Cheerfully welcomed by Carole as soon as we walked in. We were pleased that she was our server too. We had: Chicken Caesar Salad + Hot Chicken & Fries Carole was professional, courteous, knowledgeable of products, & she quality checked everything with us, many times. Service was efficient & food came fast to our table👍. ***Very Special Thanks to our server Carole-a rare gem in the wild market of customer service. Her 45 years of expertise in such role shows us a vivid example of what it takes to last the long run in a workplace! To be great in such a demanding job, you really have to take your guests at heart, every time. Merci Carole!***
