We went to Baton Rouge on Friday around 9:00 pm as a group of five, & it was a great experience. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, & we were seated without waiting
The food was really good everything came out fresh, well-prepared, & full of flavor. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals, which says a lot when you're a group with different tastes.
The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night without being overwhelming.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable time & would definitely go back. Great spot for a dinner with friends or family!
Bâton Rouge St-Jean is absolutely outstanding. The staff is epic specially Charlie!!!, on point, & genuinely delivers top-shelf service from the moment you walk in. Everyone is professional, attentive, & makes you feel like a valued guest the entire time.
& the roast beef - wow. Easily some of the best I've had anywhere. In my opinion, this is the best place to eat roast beef in Montreal. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, tender, & served exactly the way it should be.
If you want amazing service, a great atmosphere, & unforgettable roast beef, Bâton Rouge St-Jean is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Bâton Rouge is the perfect place for a delicious & satisfying meal. Their ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, steaks are cooked to perfection, & every dish is full of flavor. Portions are generous, & the sides are fresh & tasty. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, ideal for both casual dinners & special occasions. The staff is friendly, attentive, & makes sure you have everything you need. Consistently great food & excellent service - a restaurant you'll want to come back to again & again!

Attentive staff, flavourful food & oh the chocolate mousse was the perfect dessert not too heavy just right --- chocolatey goodness. My filet mignon was spot on, the loaded baked patato yummy!! *edit they no longer make chocolate mousse which is shame because as I mentioned it was the perfect dessert very light yet rich tasting* *edit #2 Every year my mum & I celebrate my birthday at Baton Rouge, it's become a tradition over the years & this year was no different. Why do we always choose this restaurant? The answer is simple excellent service, scrumptious food - the spinach artichoke dip & chips is outta this world, filet mignon cooked to perfection, ribs done just right, garlic mashed potatoes so creamy with just the right amount of garlic, loaded patato - yes please. & the brownie with ice cream- delish. *pics were taken after we started eating, & I gave my mum the veggies from my plate too* *edit #3 celebrated my bday today like years before service was great. My filet mignon wasn't cooked to my liking I asked for medium rare but got well done, they happily replaced it. Our food was fantastic, we shared a ceasar salad & garlic bread if you haven't tried the garlic bread I recommend you do - delicious. Our main meals were also very tasty. I should note I do take out as well from here & am always very satisfied with the quality of food & service.

Appreciate the food, but why we come back is the service.. & especially Danny! He is attentive & professional... Ribs & Prime rib are always delicious Again thank you Danny
great experience our server was very nice & attentive & offered good suggestions we had NEW YORK STRIP-LOIN & bloody caesar , Espresso martini. wonderful night & thanks everyone for such quality experience
Plenty of food, which was great! Service overall was impressive, servers were attentive & always ready to help.
One small issue, glass of wine was ordered but not served.
The service would have been a 5 but the kitchen fell down with a long delay for the main course. It was long enough that our very attentive server Nicole came to apologize & gave us a good ETA of the arrival of our main course. Everything else was very good & the delay only detracted slightly from our overall enjoyment of the evening.
The food was fast & very good. The atmosphere was great & our waiter was excellent. I do not remember his name but we have had him several times & he is always very attentive.
Great way to celebrate a birthday!

The service was very good. He was very attentive to our needs. The food was good, but the chicken salade my wife had only had a few pieces of chicken in it. She usually orders the same salade, but this time wasn't as good.
Our evening at the Baton Rouge was all we hoped it would be . It was our 51st Wedding Anniversary & with lockdown last year we did not get to celebrate. The food was excellent & our waiter was attentive . Great evening all round .
First time out to a restaurant since the pandemic & it was great..food always delicious. The staff was amazing but the man that made it a really
great evening is Daniel ..he was so attentive t our needs & a pleasure to be served by him!! Thank you Daniel!!!
