Saturday night we reserved a table with some freinds. The server screamed what would we like. Two of us asked for the tempura shrimp then the ribs & chicken meals. Two meals turned up the lady had forgotten the shrimp & the server stands there with the two meals dumfounded what to do. I suggested he take the meals back & bring the shrimp which they had forgotten. Next you manger comes to apologize. Asked for glasses of water. They came like 30 mins later. dessert asked what they had! The same server points to the middle of the table like we were dogs. dessert over there. You know we have been coming to your restaurant for over 20 years & this is the worst service we have ever had. We wanted a seamless evening but with that server it did not happen
Food was good except you tempura shrimp not the same as before just batter. Anyway suggest you get your server trained to behave in a manner not like a drive-thru takeout order. Thanks
Very poor food experience at very exaggerated prices. Meal arrived with COLD garlic mashed potatoes, a large piece of broccoli & one of cauliflower & 2 small pieces of chicken with mushroom sauce. Had to wait to get hot garlic mashed potatoes. Total bill + tax & tip $79.34. Total value of both meals

Food was a bit disappointing. The louisiana chicken salad was delicious but the rest was not the best (especially for the price I paid). The service was mediocre too. My glass of water was empty the whole time & they never refilled it.
Took long to get served after seating, weren't given water. Grilled octopus was great highly recommend, but chicken tenders were 90% breading. Crème brûlée was straight out of the fridge cold while charcoal burnt on top... for the same price go elsewhere & get better quality
I love this restaurant so much. All the food is really great. I always get the chicken tenders, they are my favourite. The service is always amazing & the atmosphere is just the best.

Just had my birthday dinner tonight. I started with the Calamari which was excellent, then had the chicken Tenders & ribs combo. My chicken Tenders were very good, but my ribs were excellent. I was a little disappointed with my sides of baked beans & parmesan truffle fries. Our service was excellent. Very courteous & quick, especially considering how busy the restaurant was. I wish I could remember our waiters name. He was excellent.
Food took a very long time to come, Chicken tenders were small & dry, not the usual moist chicken tender with fluffy coated batter. Purchased an online $100 gift card promotion with in-store scratch card, but scratch card was not honored.
I had a wonderful birthday here wasn't to busy the staff was friendly & very clean. I had the ribs & chicken absolutely loved it. Would certainly recommend if your In the area looking for an upscale steak house.
I ordered the chicken tender salad. All the ingredients were saturated in salad dressing & the chicken tenders were quite soggy, not crunchy! Will not have again.

Thé chicken tenders on my salad were not hot, nor crisp. Disappointed but was very hungry & ate anyways. My husband ordered the Santa Fe chicken & his was dry. Everyone who ordered ribs & salmon were pleased with their meals. I hadn't been to your restaurant since pre pandemic- & sadly will not go back.
Disapointing experience. The restaurant was crowded & the noise level from the music & voices sop loud as to make conversation difficult. My ribs, cole slaw & fries was good as was the roast beef sandwich & chicken dish but the shrimp in the seafood linguini were rubbery & so not eaten. One person ordered a salad to start which never came. The waitress apologized & removed it from the bill. Otherwise service was polite & efficient.
Food was good but pricy. Hence for the 4 star instead of 5. I could not eat everything so they offered to package it for take out. I had Chicken & Ribs meal. They packaged my leftover chicken & ribs as well as fries, but did not include my coleslaw which 3/4 of it was still remaining. My friend ordered Linguini & had chicken breast added. Her mistake as she said was not asking how much that little piece of chicken cost....it was $10 for a little tiny piece. She was not expecting it to be that much or she would have asked.

Great service & great tasting food. We were celebrating a family birthday & chose Baton Rouge as we love it. I would have given 5 stars, but my husband's grilled chicken was cold. We didn't complain as everything else was great. Also disappointed that Fish & Chips is no longer available.
The service was very good. He was very attentive to our needs. The food was good, but the chicken salade my wife had only had a few pieces of chicken in it. She usually orders the same salade, but this time wasn't as good.
What a great experience we had at baton rouge! Our waiter Daniel was a superstar, probably the most interesting & devoted waiter I've ever seen. The food was delish, we had Santa Fe chicken & chicken tenders. Daniel made me a special cappuccino.... It's so nice to see ppl who take pride in their work. I had asked in my reservation for a quieter private table & that's exactly what we got! Fantastic night, great time.
Food was amazing. Our server was amazing, His name was Tristan. It was so nice & enjoyable to go eat & have someone that love their job. If u go to Baton Rouge in DDO & u had Tristan as a server u know what I am talking about.
I just wish they had more chicken plates.
