Je voudrais prendre le temps de remercier notre serveur & tout le staff avec qui nous avons eu une quelconque interaction pour la qualité de notre service reçu hier soir samedi 10 janvier 25 ( expérience à faire aumoin une fois en couple ou entre amis ) & à la fin avec la neige ❄? qui a apporté sa touche féerique … à refaire …( pas trop de photo car je profite du moment ) ce que je vous conseille 😎

Excellente ambiance, vraiment charmant. Nourriture très bonne quoi qu'un peu cher (on paye pour l'expérience surtout). Chauffage, speaker Bluetooth, tout était parfait à l'intérieur. À faire attention : le pourboire est déjà inclus sur la facture, mais on se fait quand même offrir la machine interac avec un 15% de pourboire, ce qui fait en sorte que j'ai donné au final beaucoup plus de pourboire que prévu, à faire attention!!!

I didn't expect anything other than a view & probably'ok' & colder food than inside of a restaurant.
Well, it was a pleasant surprise.
I'm glad I didn't get influenced with some of the negative comments here. You need to acknowledge the physics & logistics & then you can appreciate or do a constructive criticism.
Its outside. Its cold between the dome & kitchen. They have some equipment to carry the stuff without losing too much heat etc but the time it takes from the kitchen to your table won't give you a sizzling salmon or steak in your plate, but you won't eat ice cold, no worries.
Service speed. They could have different ways to optimize the time for order & delivery, with the distance etc, it should be electronic & what not, some will say, at the same time, you are here to enjoy the view, you rent the space for a few hours & just relax! Yes there's always room for improvement. They might miss some small details like pour you water but you can do it yourself, if you get triggered for things like that, you're missing on the experience.
Temperature. We were there at about 0 degree celsius. Heaters inside the dome.did the job. Never got cold. Staff was super nice & friendly.
Tip them considering if you would do that kind of work in this temperature & they diserve every dollar even if your beer takes 10 minutes to arrive.
Environment/mood. Magical. Silence. Beautiful & more space than anticipated. I loved this. No crying baby or loudmouth next to us, no dramma, just some quality time with my GF as I was looking for something different than the usual restaurant.
Would I recommend? Yes. But Calibrate your expectations.& relax.
Will I come again? Most probably for a special event.
Is it expensive? Well, its not cheap. Its not outrageous considering the setup, electricity (not only 1 fan but several), rental & logistics involved.

Nous avons été fort bien reçus par l'équipe du Bateau mouche. La cuisine est excellente. L'ambiance est très chouette. Vraiment un moment très agréable passé en amoureux avec une vue superbe de notre dôme.

Pour une soirée du jour de l'An, l'endroit aurait pu être idéal. Nous étions au niveau supérieur du bateau, avec une belle vue sur le quai de l'Horloge & la grande roue. Cependant, il y avait une grande désorganisation au niveau du service : un personnel peu ou mal formé pour la soirée. Les plus expérimentés étaient au niveau inférieur du bateau.
Plus d'une heure s'est écoulée entre l'entrée & le repas… disons que manger à minuit n'était pas l'idéal, sachant que nous étions là depuis 21 h.
Belle expérience pour l'endroit & belle ambiance, mais le repas n'était pas « wow », & encore moins le service pour cette soirée.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. First of all, there is no clear signage to reach the location. The access road is extremely dangerous, & there was not even a grain of salt on the path to ensure the safety of guests.
Despite having a confirmed table reservation, we were forced to wait in line for about 30 minutes in the cold. To make matters worse, the boat remained docked, & we were charged extra for a'window seat.' If you are going to charge for a view, the boat should be positioned facing the river, not a marina wall.
Although the server was pleasant, the service was very slow, & our four-course menu was incomplete-the soup was unavailable, allegedly because we arrived late, even though the delay was due to waiting to be admitted.
The space was very cramped. Overall, it was an expensive experience that did not meet expectations.

Very disappointing New Year's Eve dinner, with red flags from the start. We waited an extremely long time in the cold just to be seated. The staff were clearly caught off guard, tables were not prepared, cutlery was dirty, & the team seemed overwhelmed.
After three hours, all that was served was a half portion of soup (which was just okay) & an appetizer-there was no sign of the main course. On New Year's Eve, one reasonably expects the main course to be served before midnight. No one checked on us or explained the delays.
The lack of attention & effort to make the evening enjoyable was obvious. Hard to imagine this place has any returning customers.

Le Dôme Givré était magnifique : une très belle expérience & un lieu vraiment agréable. Cela dit, l'endroit exact est un peu difficile à trouver, ce qui pourrait être mieux indiqué.
À notre arrivée, il y avait peu de serveurs, & le service a été lent. Notre dôme n'était pas prêt à l'heure prévue, avec environ 15 minutes de retard, ce qui a affecté le début de l'expérience.
La nourriture était bonne, mais le service était lent, & le café / thé inclus dans le menu a été oublié.
Le point le plus décevant concerne le paiement. Un pourboire d'environ 13 % était déjà inclus sur la facture. Pensant simplement atteindre le standard de 15 %, j'ai ajouté un montant supplémentaire. Au final, j'ai payé environ 17,5 % de pourboire, ce qui est plus que raisonnable.
Malgré cela, le serveur semblait insatisfait, comme s'il s'attendait à un autre pourboire en plus de celui déjà inclus. En quittant notre dôme après avoir encaissé le paiement, il a claqué violemment la porte du dôme, ce qui était très déplacé & peu professionnel.
C'est dommage, car le lieu & le concept sont excellents, mais ces détails ont clairement nui à l'expérience globale.

The Dôme Givré was magnificent - a beautiful place & a great overall concept. However, the exact location is a bit difficult to find, which could be better indicated.
When we arrived, there were very few servers, & the service was slow. Our dome was not ready on time, with about a 15-minute delay, which affected the start of our experience.
The food was good, but service was slow, & the coffee/tea included in the menu was forgotten.
The most disappointing part was the payment experience. An automatic tip of about 13% was already included on the bill. Thinking I was simply bringing it up to the standard 15%, I added an extra amount. In total, I ended up paying around 17.5% tip, which is more than reasonable.
Despite this, the server appeared unhappy, as if expecting an additional tip on top of what was already included. After taking the payment & leaving our dome, he slammed the dome door shut, which was very unprofessional & uncomfortable.
It's unfortunate, because the location & concept are excellent, but these issues negatively impacted the overall experience.
Tragically
We were there for NYE, had reservations in one of the Frosted Domes for 21h. The service was so slow. The servers did not seem happy at all, it looked like slavery, they just went back & forth like mules with their trolleys. It took two hours for our drinks to arrive. Our 1/2 cup of soup was poured out of a thermos. Our main course was delivered at 23h50. The portions, wait time & service was not worth the 750$ we were required to pay between reservations & choosing menu options. After speaking to other guests there we found they had the same bad experience. One dome's zipper was broken so the guests were freezing while waiting 2.5 hours for their meal. The domes were nice, cheaply decorated but the lighting ambiance made up for that. There's a Bluetooth speaker to play your own music. There was one bus-girl with an orange toque who was pleasant & had a sweet personality. She would have been a good server to be honest. For a NYE dining experience, we felt robbed, it was a total cash grab.

J'ai payer deux places devant la fenêtre ils m'ont dit malheureusement on peut rien faire la fille est parti & elle m a dit je peux rien faire serveuse complètement débordé elle prends la commande sur papier qu elle a perdu 3 fois & reviens vers nous pour redemander on a commandé quoi la ta table n'était ni propre ni organisé y avait meme pas des verre ou des serviettes ambiance que ca match pas avec le them du restaurant & son trop élever un restaurant avec une seule etoile ils peuvent faire mieux mais ca sera la dernière fois la bas pour moi

Très déçu ! Je viens de passer le nouvel an. Pensais que ça allait être du bistronomique loin de là. J'avais l'impression de manger des plats surgelé à certains moments. Trop cher pour ce que nous avons eu & le service, même si les serveuses étaient très sympas souriantes & bienveillante, nous avons du attendre 1h pour avoir un plat. J'ai mis moins de temps à rentrer qu'à avoir mon cocktail ! & au sujet du cocktail.. il y avait de la chantilly dans mon pina colada, normal ?!
