Le plateau de charcuterie était très léger & ne valait clairement pas le prix demandé. De plus, la pauvre serveuse était seule pour s'occuper de tous les clients dans les dômes. Résultat : service désorganisé, oublis (nous avons dû attendre pour avoir des assiettes après avoir reçu notre plateau), aucune napkins, pas de crème ou de lait pour le café & une impression générale de précipitation.
Le va-&-vient constant faisait même vibrer le quai, au point où notre café se renversait sur la table tout bord tout côté! Sur le coup, cela nous a fait rire, mais honnêtement, ce n'est pas l'expérience relaxante à laquelle on s'attend pour un déjeuner.
Au final, payer 266 $ pour cette expérience est très loin d'en valoir la peine. À noter également : lors de la réservation, les 96 $ couvrent uniquement le dôme - le coût du brunch s'ajoute ensuite, ce qui n'est pas clairement mis en évidence.
Bref, une expérience décevante que nous ne recommandons pas
Gros bravo à la serveuse du 5 avril au matin, elle a fait de son mieux pour servir tout le monde & elle mériterait 5 étoiles pour ne pas avoir baisser les bras.

Bad to run from one dôme to the other causing everything to shake.
On réservation it writes Dôme 96.00 in brakets writes (brunch/raclette) no mention only for dôme.
What we received was a charcuterie platter , we ordered a bottle of red wine , i want to get my own glasses & napkins (with all the vibrations coffee spilled all over)
Really good experience. The waitress Marie really took care of us she was very attentive. Special mention for the what seems to be the owner or main manager who took the time to sing an opera worthy happy birthday song to my birthday friend. Overall, the restaurant is truly unique within the city. I recommend the salmon entrée, amazing!

We booked an igloo for a birthday dinner & the service & food were great. The experience is worth the cost! Would reccomend to anyone & would definitely do this again.
Le concept est exceptionnel, le service aussi, par contre la qualité des repas est loin d'être au niveau d'un 4,5 ou 6 services. Cest très cher par rapport à la qualité de la nourriture.
We were there this evening at 19:30, 6 people. At first we were mesmerized with the idea of eating out on the docks in a plastic globe. Well were we in for a surprise. They took our order for cocktails. We got the cocktails after our first service. When we asked the manager, Elijah, why it was taking so long, the answer we got was that there was only ONE bartender. When we asked why they don't hire more people, we were told that they wouldn't make any money. Such an arrogance from this waiter & the attitude with which he gave his reponses. We both took the 6 services menu.. The tab was $336+15%tip+our share of the globe rental $90....unbelievable. A $400+ evening for two people.... Would have eaten better & much better served down the street at Da Emma.
