It was a beautiful experience; however we had some hiccups. We bought tickets for window seats but since we were 2 ppl they sat us right beside another couple. The distance between ourselves & the other couple was about a foot which was ridiculous. It felt very crammed with everything on our table we had barely any space to move, it felt like we were an active part of the other couples conversations. Due to this my husband & I often left the table to go on the terrace because it lacked an intimate environment. Meanwhile absolutely all the other tables did not have this situation. Many of the other tables only had two ppl as well but were not placed in this situation. It's not right when you're paying that kind of money to lack space.
Another issue was it was absolutely freezing, many people were cold & due to that we were unable to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.
As for the service it was overall good;however at the end we had to stay on the boat to pay our bill when we were ready to leave.
We enjoyed our food, the salmon was the only plate that was a little overbooked but we enjoyed the 6 course.
I'm not sure I would do this again after having spent $500 & felt claustrophobic.

At the dock the staff was truly welcoming & their patience allowed my friends & I to enjoy a beautiful ride. Thank you to Eric whose good humour was the cherry on top of this experience.
Très belle expérience sur le bateau ce matin ! Le guide parlait clairement en français & en anglais ! Le staff était attentionné ! Ma seule plainte est concernant une cliente sur le bateau, elle semblait âgée environ 85 ans, elle parlait au téléphone & se plaignait de ne rien entendre ! À la fin de la croisière, je l'ai entendu & vu insulter le guide alors qu'il a été présent, énergique à l'écoute & qu'il a même pris en photo les gens qu'il le voulait ! Des telles agressions verbales ne devraient pas être tolérés ! Merci au guide & au staff pour cette belle croisière 🤗
The ambiance was fantastic & Alain offered an excellent service throughout the whole 3h experience. Will definitely come back again when it's warmer outside!!
