The tour guide was great! Spoke well & provided good information in both French & English throughout the whole tour. Sometimes it was a little hard to hear as it the wind & other people talking can get in the way. Cost was a little pricey-wish it was a little longer boat ride. Got drinks on the boat which was nice.
Superbe expérience. J'ai vraiment aimé la petite traversée. Il y a celles de 60 ou 90 minutes. Le guide était bilingue est très sympathique. J'ai appris beaucoup de choses. La musique était légère. J'avais pris un mojito un peu limite & un peu cher, mais bon je comprends. C'était propre, pas très achalandé donc à l'aise. On a beaucoup apprécié avec une légère brise très agréable. Moi qui ai le mal de mer, je me suis sentie très bien. Je recommande.
Très belle expérience sur le bateau ce matin ! Le guide parlait clairement en français & en anglais ! Le staff était attentionné ! Ma seule plainte est concernant une cliente sur le bateau, elle semblait âgée environ 85 ans, elle parlait au téléphone & se plaignait de ne rien entendre ! À la fin de la croisière, je l'ai entendu & vu insulter le guide alors qu'il a été présent, énergique à l'écoute & qu'il a même pris en photo les gens qu'il le voulait ! Des telles agressions verbales ne devraient pas être tolérés ! Merci au guide & au staff pour cette belle croisière 🤗
The experience was great & the host,'50 cent' was an amazing guide. He made the whole experience enjoyable & was also very knowledgeable. My only complaint would be one of the employees named Eric, who seemed to be the manager of the waiters & waitress. This individual was rude to the staff who was working extremely hard. Overheard him multiple times disrespecting the employees & acting unprofessionally. Only reason why the experience was not 5 star was because of this person. Other than that, great activity & food.
Nous avons visité le Bateau-Mouche en équipe pour une activité d'une heure. L'expérience était agréable, mais sans être extraordinaire. Le bateau est de bonne taille, très propre & bien entretenu. Nous étions installés au balcon à l'étage, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du soleil & de la vue sur la ville.
Pendant la croisière, un guide présentait différentes attractions. Les informations étaient intéressantes, mais le volume du micro était un peu trop élevé, ce qui nuisait légèrement au confort de l'écoute.
Nous avons également commandé des cocktails. Ils étaient bons, mais manquaient de raffinement compte tenu du prix, ce qui a été un peu décevant.
Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une sortie plaisante qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville sous un autre angle. Toutefois, l'activité d'une heure nous a semblé un peu courte. Nous serions intéressés à revenir une prochaine fois pour la formule plus longue ou encore pour l'expérience avec souper, qui semble offrir une immersion plus complète.
It was an unusual experience. Due to the large number of visitors, it was noisy & almost nothing of what the tour guide was saying was clear.
The meal was fast food & the choice was limited. I think for us it was a one-time go & there will be no other. The owners of the establishment should work on general improvements.

Took the 1 hour day time tour. Boat & amenities clean & comfortable. Beautiful views along the river & informative commentary from the guide. Food options were limited on the menu so better for the view & experience than a meal.
