Notre repas de saumon est arrivé après tous les autres autour de nous & c'était pas chaud...très déçu & pour les feux ont de voyait pas vraiment bien déception aussi. & aussi ont pensait que le souper etait incluant ben non 89$ pour un 4 services plus les taxes & boissons 154$ +188$ croisière pass donner vous devrier écrire sur votre site que le souper n'est pas inclus cela nest pas clair.

Pour ma part j'ai un avis très mitigé suite à une mésaventure que je vais vous partager. Durant les vacances, nous avons décidé d'aller faire une croisière de 60 minutes en famille. Nous achetons donc les billets en ligne pour toute la famille (2 adultes & 2 enfants). Comme sur leur site il est indiqué que les enfants de 2 ans & plus doivent payer, nous achetons 4 billets (moi, ma conjointe & pour mes enfants de 2 & 3 ans). Arrivé au moment de la croisière on constate à la billetterie devant le quai d'embarquement que ce sont les enfants de 3 ans & plus qui doivent payer ( donc 2 ans c'est censé être gratuit). J'ai donc acheté un billet pour rien à mon fils de 2 ans. Je vais donc m'adresser au commis à la billetterie, Valentin de son nom. Il ne peut pas m'aider, il me dit qu'il ne peut rien faire. Honnêtement, son niveau de service à la clientèle était de 1/10. Ça aurait été simple de constater l'erreur, s'excuser, mentionner que le tout serait corrigé sur le site web (comme il m'a confirmé que la bonne info se trouvait à la billetterie & sur leurs pamphlets) & me rembourser. Le niveau de complexité de la situation était très bas. Bref j'ai dû contacter leur service à la clientèle par la suite qui m'a finalement remboursé le billet acheté en trop. Cela dit je garde un goût amer de cette expérience & l'information n'est toujours pas corrigée sur leur site (les photos en pièces jointes en témoignent). Cependant la croisière était super & le personnel aussi.
Very loud music that made it hard to talk .It was sold as a dinner cruise but dinner not included !! Expensive for what you get .Not very well indicated to where it is .

Excellent service & la nourriture était délicieuse. À noter que le prix du billet n'inclut pas le repas, légère surprise à la fin de la croisière mais sinon une expérience positive.
Un service parfait, ils étaient toujours présents lorsque l'on en avait besoin, venaient vers nous pour voir si tout se passait bien. Edward & Félix se sont occupé de nous à merveille. ;)
Edward & Marco were amazing servers! They were friendly, funny, & matched our vibe perfectly. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived & provided excellent service throughout our visit. They were attentive, welcoming, & made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated their great energy & would definitely love to be served by them again!

Edward & Marco made our night absolutely amazing. They were hands down the best servers we've ever had. From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, & professional, making sure everything was perfect & we laugh a lot with them. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Edward & Marco you won't be disappointed. They truly deserve 5 stars!
We had such a wonderful experience with Edouard & Marco! They provided exceptional service from start to finish & went above & beyond to make sure we felt comfortable & well taken care of. They were especially thoughtful about translating whenever needed, which made the experience so much easier & more enjoyable for us. They also consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well.
We are truly grateful for their kindness, patience, & outstanding service. Edouard & Marco made a lasting impression, & we sincerely appreciate everything they did for us. Highly recommend them to anyone visiting this experience !
