Terrasse magnifique. Les plats étaient ok, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Un peu de difficulté à avoir l'attention des serveurs pendant le brunch, mais c'était pas mal occupé aujourd'hui. Ils étaient quand même sympas. Bons cocktails pas dilués du tout. Les frites étaient super bonnes aussi. Je reviendrai prendre un verre.

Youssra was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she was warm, attentive, & genuinely caring. You can tell that she truly loves people & takes pride in making her guests feel special. She went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, & thanks to her, we had an absolutely amazing evening.

Honestly, she is the best server we have ever had in our lives. Coming from Toronto, we had often heard that service in Montreal could be disappointing, but Yousra completely changed that perception for us. She was kind, professional, attentive, & simply adorable.

Thank you, Youssra, for making our night so memorable. You are a true gem & an absolute credit to the restaurant! ⭐?

J'habite le quartier & j'apprécie l'établissement pour la vue & l'ambiance.
J'ai recommandé l'endroit à mainte reprise mais la dernière fois, l'expérience a été négative, mes invités ont été très mal servi.
Je trouve ça dommage, dans une ville comme Montréal avec énormément de choix, ça donne envie d'aller mettre son argent dans un autre établissement & de ne plus le recommander.

Dès notre arrivée en section bar, les serveurs nous ont immédiatement profilés comme une clientèle peu rentable (jeunes) & ont manifestement choisi de ne pas nous servir. Ils se sont systématiquement renvoyé la responsabilité pour éviter de s'occuper de notre table.
Le serveur Jean s'est particulièrement illustré dans ce comportement de négligence délibérée.
À plusieurs reprises, accompagné de ma soeur aînée, j'ai vécu une expérience radicalement différente dans le même établissement.
Ce traitement discriminatoire nuit gravement à l'image du restaurant. J'espère que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour y remédier.

The food was delicious & the location was lovely, but the service was extremely slow. It took an hour & a half to receive our food from the time we were seated, then we didn't see our server again for almost an hour.

When we asked for the bills, we were brought incorrect bills twice before finally getting the right ones. We were only a party of 3 & we ordered a drink & a main course each so it wasn't a complicated order. After the second bill mix-up they did comp the fries from my bill.

It was a very pleasant place to eat, but I don't think I will go back because I rarely have the time to take 3+ hours to eat a meal.

I usually come to Terrasse Nelligan every summer & always leave satisfied but was a bit disappointed when I dined last night. The restrooms were dirty & the carpet leading to the terrace really needs to be cleaned or changed. I ordered the tuna tartare & it tasted stale & not fresh. Thankfully, our waitress was lovely & gave us a great service.

I was here back as a party of 8 ( couples of men & women) back in the summer of 2022. Experience & food were great. Tonight I went back with family as a party of 4 women & I have to say we all felt ignored by our waiter & his initial eye roll was quite insulting. I understand being busy or understaffed but our waiter which I can't name because he didn't even introduce himself really dismissed us as a table of'good clients'. We refilled our own wine glasses on multiple occasions both m for the prosecco bottle we had with oysters & also for the bottle of red we had with the mains & we even had to ask the supporting staff for cutlery after our appetizers to eat our main course.
We had a fun evening despite our server's lack of attention to us. I just hope they relay this info in future employee training sessions or present employee meetings.
