Went to this restaurant several times for dinner or lunch & all was great! Caring staff, delicious meal, & live jazz band! Highly recommended! Just in case you look for a calmer spot & becasue band plays at first floor, better to book your table at second floor.Voir plus
Magnifique endroit!
A perfect spot with delicious food! My girlfriend & I spent a day in Montreal & came across this restaurant for a late lunch. We didn't have a reservation, but they took us anyways. Everyone in the restaurant was extremely friendly to us! I have a gluten allergy & our server was very knowledgeable about what was safe for me on the menu. We both had the steak & fries, which we agreed was exquisite! The fries were salty & perfectly crunchy. The steak was flavorful & perfectly tender. We also both ordered mocktails. I got the strawberry sour, which was the best mocktail I've ever had. Overall, 10/10 experience & I would love to come back the next time we visit Montreal!Voir plus
Good service, kind staff. Missed the live jazz since they didn't play on the second floor. Even after reservation, I was led to a seat stuck to the pillar which felt a bit uncomfortable. The vibe was chill although I was unimpressed by how the food was.Voir plus
Service was good & the vibe was nice, but the food was just not great. I'm always happy to pay for good quality food I enjoy, but for 2 adults & 2 kids, we paid $160 before tip & did not enjoy any of it! The poutine & French onion soup (which is basically why we went!) both tasted strange (my 6 year old who loves poutine said it tasted "sweet" & wouldn't eat more than 2 bites. Our pasta meals were just ok. Would definitely not return.
Me & my boyfriend came here with high expectations considering this place is on the'top rated' lists of restaurants in Montreal. Very overrated place. Surprisingly the food was really disappointing, for the price paid we expected a lot more flavour but we could've made better at home. Only 2-3 choices of wine by the glass or excessive prices for bottles. I've eaten at many other places for 20-30$ per person & got better food. Save your money. Only thing that was good was the service & live jazz.Voir plus
Lovely bistro with incredible service, delicious brunch (especially the onion soup!), & talented live musician. If we lived in Montreal, we'd visit every weekend. Special thank you to George for the excellent attention & service!Voir plus
great spot in old montreal. went there after a play at centaur theatre. menu is a bit fancier, no cheeseburgers or chain restaurant type meals. I had lamb burger. not cheap but with live music & highend flood you have to pay more.Voir plus

Excellente expérience! A go to when I visit Montreal, the live music is always great & the food delicious. This most recent visit we were seated by the owner Lorenzo, who even remembered our names when he came by to see how we were enjoying our meal.Voir plus
