La nourriture est excellente. Chacun des services était d'une haute qualité. Le service est lui aussi excellent. Les serveurs ont été rapides & amicaux. L'ambiance est exceptionnelle. Difficile d'avoir une plus belle vue à Montréal. Le dôme est une expérience hautement recommandé.

Notre expérience aux dômes était parfaite! Le service était incroyable, de même pour la nourriture! 🥰
Nous étions cinq personnes & avons pris les six services, ils étaient tous très savoureux!
Ça vaut pleinement le prix pour ceux qui ont le goût d'une expérience qui sort de l'ordinaire! 👏🏼

I loved coming here! Beautiful view at night , i would recommend booking sunset hours to enjoy the most beautiful view ! The domes are heated & comfortable.
ABSOLUTELY wonderful night! I had decided to take my mother out for a special evening to award her for all she's done for me & it was a marvellous experience. Worth every penny. The service was amazing & the staff was so kind! Doubled even tripled checked with us if we were in need of anything. It's been almost a week since we've gone & my mother still speaks about it none stop. The food was delicious as well! Once in a lifetime experience for me personally & i am so happy to say that i spent it with my lovely mother. I highly recommend it. OH for everyone that's wondering, the orbs have vents & a blanket to keep you warm, my mother & i we're very satisfied.
What an absolutely delightful experience from beginning to end. When I first suggested booking this experience with my husband, he was skeptical about the quality of the food & whether we would freeze in the cold Montreal winter evening. He was wrong!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We had a reservation for the 4:00 seating, & all six domes were occupied. We could see that the others were enjoying themselves as much as we were. The domes were heated with space heaters that did the job.
The menu was exquisite, & we chose the four-course option. Cocktails were served by the waitstaff, who expertly managed to bring them from the boat to our dome without spilling a drop!
The meal itself was expertly prepared & presented beautifully.
As darkness descended, things turned magical with the beautiful lights in & around our dome, at the clock tower, the bridge & the ferris wheel.
Guillaume, the owner, visited us & gave us a history of the boat & the domes & he could not have been more engaging.
Nous avions un dôme le 2 mars excellent service par notre serveur Emile si je me souviens bien, très à l'écoute aimable & présent rien à dire sur le service, la nourriture malgré le froid la nourriture étais à une bonne température,aucune attente exagéré entre les plats le dôme étais chaud ausssi malgré la température rien à dire ont recommande

Nous avons adoré notre expérience dans le dôme givré…. La vue est splendide… l'intimité complète & ils ont même pensé à mettre un Bluetooth pour que vous mettiez de la musique si ça vous tente. Les repas sont vraiment bons & présentés de façon agréable aux yeux …..
Par contre soyez patients….. ils font la navette entre le bateau mouche & les dômes donc il se peut qu'il y ai un petit délai entre vos différents plats & ils ne viendront pas toutes les 10-15mn vous demander si tout se passe bien comme dans un restau classique vu qu'ils doivent composer avec le froid & faire attention au transport des aliments.
Autre information importante c'est assez dispendieux …. L'expérience revient à près de 500$ pour deux personnes (145$ pour réserver le dôme + 297$ taxes & pourboires inclus pour 2 4 services, deux mocktails, un verre de vin & un cocktail chacun). Cela étant connu je pense que vous aurez une super expérience en y allant. Je recommande définitivement.

Un souper qui dure 5 heures...
D'après ma lecture des autres commentaires la soirée que nous avons vécue semble se répéter fréquemment avec les locations de Dôme. Un super concept à la base & une belle vue MAIS....
Ce fut une expérience très décevante au Bateau Mouche / Souper dans les dômes. Notre réservation était à 19h30, mais nous n'avons été conduits aux dômes réservés seulement à 20h30. Face à ce retard, nous avons choisi le menu 4 services.
Les mises en bouche étaient déjà sur table, mais l'entrée n'est arrivée qu'à 21h. On nous a expliqué que les employés qui mettent la table étaient nouveaux & inexpérimentés. Le plat principal a été servi à 22h (2h30 après notre réservation initiale) & à minuit, toujours pas de dessert - nous avons dû aller le chercher nous-même au bateau...
La serveuse, sympathique malgré le chaos, a fait de son mieux pour sauver notre soirée, ce qui était apprécié. Le personnel restait agréable malgré tout, mais cela ne compense pas la lenteur extrême du service.
Heureusement que j'étais bien accompagnée ce qui a rendu supportable ces 5 HEURES passées au restaurant - un temps excessif même pour un repas gastronomique surtout avec un prix aussi élevé.
Le service peut paraître long , mais c'est bel & bien justifier , ils servent nos repas en passant par la neige & tout . Ils sont supers géniaux , services très apprécier.

Celebrating our 32 years wedding anniversary at Bateau Mouche frosted evening docked event! The atmosphere, food & service was top tier! Thank you for the memorable evening! Menu was great! Lotsa of delicious variety! The evening lights & snowy backdrop was perfect!! Thank you to the staff!! We'll be back!!
Quelle experience incroyable! Une que je n'oublierai jamais. Nous avions pris la réservation de 16h à 19h ce qui nous a permis de vivre l'expérience pleinement. Une partie le jour & ensuite en soirée. Les lumières scintillantes ajoutées dans le Dome ainsi que sur le quai offrent une ambiance féérique.
Ils offrent un speaker Bluetooth donc nous choisissons notre propre musique ainsi que le volume. Il y a amplement de chaleur dans le dome. Nous avons même retiré nos manteaux. Il y a même des couvertures sur les chaises. Le confort y est. C'est la paix dans ces Domes. Nous n'entendons rien à l'extérieur. On se sent dans un autre monde! Le service etait A1. Isabelle & Aledjia etaient fantastiques. Je peux dire qu'ils se donnent. Surtout que la nourriture provient du Bateau Mouche & ils doivent faire le chemin à chaque fois pour venir nous porter nos plats. La nourriture etait délicieuse. Nous avons pris le 6 services. Vraiment une expérience incroyable! On se retrouve dans notre bulle! C'était magique!! Merci à l'equipe pour cette expérience inoubliable!!
L'expérience culinaire, bien que présentée comme haut de gamme, n'a pas offert l'effet « wow » attendu, & la température des plats a laissé à désirer. Le service était présent mais parfois lent. Quant à l'animation « Musique + Lumière », elle manquait de clarté & d'impact, malgré un mini feu d'artifice final. En conclusion, l'expérience semble bien plus appréciable en été qu'en hiver. Si vous cherchez une soirée immersive & mémorable, une croisière estivale pourrait être un meilleur choix
Le service était très lente. Ça a pris 40 minutes pour avoir une bouteille de vin. Le souper était servi tiède, le saumon trop cuit & pour avoir l'addition ça a pris un autre 30 minutes.

I found this place & spent over 400$ to dine-in which includes the reservation fees & 2x 6 course meals + drinks. The service was very good & also the food. But one issue is that it was freezing inside the boat, the waiter told us that the heating was not properly working. She was kind enough to bring some blankets after the meal. After spending 3 hours in the cold, started to feel sick after coming back home.
We went to new dome, atmosphere was really nice the dome is clean inside, you can choose the music by connecting your phone on the Bluetooth speaker. Even with the heater it was still a little bit cold, but we did dress accordingly. It's a little bit on the pricey side considering you pay 120$+tax + the diner itself was around 280$ with 2 virgin pina colada (they were okay) & the 8oz steak. We took the 4 services which was 89.99$ per person. The mises en bouche was already on the table when we got to the dome which was sweet potato hasbrown with Cajun spices & yellow beet origami, pretty good! For the appetizer we got the beef cured salmon gravlax, one of my fav of the whole dinner!! For the main course I had the grilled salmon with the creamy lobster bisque, pretty good! My husband had the 8oz AAA grilled beef filet which was also good! For the dessert we had the chocolate fondant & the caramel cheesecake which was okay! Overall the experience was nice but I don't think it's worth the price which was in total around 430$! The food was great but not exceptional for that price, I would recommend for a special occasion maybe, the view was nice of the Champlain bridge **** also please note that the parking at the yatch club is 25$!!!!!
