Alexandre is an absolutely amazing bartender! He opened the bar 30 minutes early just so we could come in, enjoy a beer, and cool down. How incredible is that? At first, we genuinely thought he was the owner, because only someone who truly cares about the place would provide such outstanding service. Alexandre made us feel incredibly welcome. A solid 10/10 for both him and this bar!

My favorite restaurant in Montreal! Delicious! The food is excellent and the staff are attentive, kind and generous! Someone wrote that their kitchen is dirty! No way. That is a blatant lie. I have been going for years. They are exceptionally clean and careful! A must!! Thank you for so many years of great quality food and impeccable service.

Restaurant Torii Sushi is an excellent place to enjoy fresh and delicious Japanese food. Every dish they serve is outstanding! I especially loved the salad 🥗-it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The meal for two, including tax, was around $200,for 5 serves and it was definitely worth it for the quality and taste. One thing I really like about their sushi 🍣 is that they use a smaller amount of rice, which allows the fresh fish and flavors to stand out. The only small thing I would suggest is adding a little more wasabi spice or stronger soy sauce options for those who enjoy a bit more heat. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!

If you're looking for an intimate, but lively place to enjoy a nice traditional Polish meal and receive knowledgeable and warm service! You've found the place. There is nothing I don't recommend. PS. Don't miss out on the cocktails, some are seasonal and to be enjoyed.

The server/owner is so nice to keep visiting the table to check if we need anything. He also offered some free couscous and some desserts for us. The hospitality was really amazing and I felt welcomed. I just hope that people know that the portion is big so they should mind that before ordering or you can get shocked. And I recommend ordering lamb shank instead of poulet or other sausages. It just simply tastes better. I was so surprised today for the portion and the best hospitality of the owner. I don't think I've ever been welcomed in a restaurant at this level. When I paid, the app didn't work with my card so I couldn't pay. He said I could pay later 😅 I wouldn't do that ofc Luckily, my bf paid with his card at that time. (Later I found out the card had no problem elsewhere…) Thank you for such a nice experience.

It was a prime time Friday evening and the place was alive to say the least, so it's definitely not a quiet, intimate room for a first date. That being said, the food was very good and the service quite professional. The owner was on site making rounds, offering drink samples, and being the host with the most for sure! Gauge your expections accordingly and just enjoy the ride! They also have a parking lot, so that's helpful for the visiting folks - no need to Uber unless you want to knock back some drinks.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Rosie with warmth and kindness. Jeziah was wonderful and provided excellent service. I ordered the chicken parmesan with penne rose sauce and it tasted phenomenal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had great brunch experience at Le Bordelais. I ordered the shakshuka and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was also amazing and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Overall, everything was excellent, I would definitely recommend!

We came for brunch and had the shashuka, croque madame, and the omelette. Everything was fresh and very tasty! The waiter was very polite and ensured all our needs were met. We also got a chance to meet the owner who was also very nice and ensured everything was to our satisfaction.

The most authentic mexican restaurant, the atmosphere is very cozy and the staff super pleasant. Having worked in this domain, there's one thing i don't understand is that people still think waiters make a killing... Let's be real, they make 13.20 $/ hour AND the government taxes them 8% on tips plus taxes on their wages. If you don't leave at least 15% they make nothing, if you don't leave anything ( like some still do, regrdless of service ) the waiters pay to serve you. I know times are tough but come on, we can do better, they make your meal enjoyable, at least recognize that. That bein said, the food is sooooo good, you'll have to come back often. 😍😍😍 Can't wait for my Cazuela!!!

My review of Moe's was tampered with. Somehow the name was removed. Reposting... Went for supper last night. Ordered the potato latkes, a Philly steak sandwich and upgraded the fries to sweet potato fries. The latkes were burnt. The sweet potato fries were so salty, they were inedible. The beef in the philly steak sandwich was tough and chewy. When the waiter came to take my plate I had eaten only half the sandwich and only one fry. I said they were too salty to eat and he said'sorry'. Then he told me they're McCain and might have been over seasoned. He took the plate but didn't adjust my bill. Do not recommend.

Sep 2026 This is an update review. Having eaten here for 15 years I can honestly say the place WAS a 5 star. But this is no longer the case. The prices are still 5 star but quality is just a notch above sushi shop. Very disappointed….

C'est la troisième fois que je viens car la qualité de la cuisine est vraiment bonne, et les plats quand même diversifiés pour un brunch! Je ne peux enlever la qualité de la cuisine néanmoins le service laisse à désirer. Un service très expéditif, pas de sourire alors que nous sourions, on nous prend pour des touristes donc on nous regarde mal si on met 15% de tips à la place de 18%, c'est dommage car ça enlève à l'expérience qui pourrait être fabuleuse…
