Je vais au Kam Shing CDN depuis 20 ans lorsque j'étais à l'université & maintenant avec ma famille. La cuisine & menu est toujours authentique, goûteux & frais. Le service est excellent & une ambiance familiale. Ce n'est pas un restaurant chic mais il est toujours plein d'asiatiques & de locaux ce qui veut tout dire 👌. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Table de taille variés & grandes tables rondes de 10 personnes idéales pour des groupes.

The worst dining experience I've ever had in Montreal. The service was terrible, & the owner's behavior was extremely unprofessional. The portions are large, but unfortunately, the food quality was awful. I through it away.

We are road trippers from ontario. Definitely one of the places for the best Shangai noodles in the entire Canada. Affordable tasty food !!!

Let's see where to begin. We are a group of 4 who are regular customers. Regular as in we go once a week. Unfortunately due to the service of a specific individual, a specific server we will not be coming back. There is a server who is bald, & has very bushy eyebrows who we had never seen before. He really needs a crash course of how to speak to clients, on how to read tables, & how not to rush clients who are in the middle of eating. This gentleman is by far the rudest, ill mannered server we have ever seen. This server is a recipe for lost business.

my parents been comin here for 30 yrs .. food is greatt but staff are rude.... my parents asked a man that we had a dish missing.. the employee said i duno go ask a waiter ...n walked away ... its not a way you treat costumers..

La nourriture est excellente!! Ça fait plus de 20 ans que ma famille mange à ce restaurant & ce avant même le nouvel emplacement. Le service est rapide & professionnel & les serveurs sont vraiment gentils. Le prix des plats sont justes. Nous sommes toujours repus lorsque nous quittons le restaurant. Vraiment, vous ne serez pas déçus.

We are long time customers of them. We've been coming every other week for the past 21 years +. We came here on Father's day to celebrate in family. I was really disappointed this time, I honestly usually never give bad reviews unless it's this bad but their service was really bad. I understand it's Father's day & it's usually busier than normally but after assigning us to a table, we waited a long time & they never came to take our order. We had to ask them multiple times to come & take our order & they were being so rude, they were throwing out the tea cups on the table while cussing at us in chinese & showing their frustration to us even though all we did was to ask them kindly if they could take our order. Instead of apologizing or just telling us kindly to wait. They were giving a good service to the table next to us, I noticed that they kept checking up on them, filling up their cups of water but they never once came to check up on us even though they've known us for so long & we've always been kind to them. Our food took really long. We had to walk to the reception & ask them when our food was coming & before we even could ask them about it, they were giving us the biggest attitude & telling us that the food was coming & that we should go back to our seats. I would've been patient & comprehensive if they weren't giving us such a bad attitude & nagging us like that. It was honestly really rude of them. They could've at least apologized for the wait & tell us kindly that the food was coming soon & it was taking longer because of father's day. But instead they wouldn't let me speak, they kept cutting me off & kept on telling us to go back to our seats with the biggest attitude. In the end, our whole family had such a bad experience with them & we didn't like their service at all so we decided to give them no tip. The boss came running after us & started screaming at us for not leaving any tip. He told us to never come back which we won't ever again so don't worry about that!!! It was truly unprofessional of them to have screamed at us like that & cussing us in chinese. We have never not left any tip that to any restaurant, especially them. We have always left a huge tip to them & we have always been so kind & respectful to them but clearly this wasn't mutual because they never once apologized for the wait & even gave us attitude when we were only asking kindly when the food was going to come out. I do understand that it was busy because of Father's day but it's not a reason to be rude to us like that especially to long time customers like us. We will never come back here again. It's really a shame that they treat long time customers like this.
