I stopped here today for an afternoon snack & drink with my dog . The staff were welcoming & friendly & very efficient . The fried calamari were just ok, generic & a little oily but the sauce was tasty . The Aperol spritz was too watered down with soda & too light on Aperol & Prosecco . Nice but won't rush back .

NYKS was a wonderful discovery of this weekend. Pleasant & inviting atmosphere, lovely outdoor terrace, delicious cocktails. The food menu looks interesting & tempting, we're already looking forward to coming back to try it. The service was friendly & attentive as well. I also really liked that it's tucked just around the corner from the busy Sainte-Catherine Street, so it feels like a peaceful little escape.

Vibrant atmosphere, excellent food. Delicious French Onion Soup. The best fish n chips I've ever had. So good & so crispy & crunchy! The side salad was fresh & amazing! Totally enjoyed dinner at NYKS.

Wow ! une très belle découverte! Que c'était bon!!!! Moi j'ai mangé la poutine sauce au fois gras avec confit de canard, pas juste quelques morceaux de canard, la cuisse au complet!!! My god!!! Service excellent aussi.... à découvrir!!!

Very underwhelming experience. The food was bland, mediocre, & overpriced for what it was. The service was alright, but the waitress couldn't even bother to provide us regular mayo. She said they only had an aioli, which tasted awful by the way. What restaurant doesn't have regular mayo?
The seating is also very uncomfortable. The tables are packed so closely together that you have to squeeze in sideways, & I actually had to apologize to the people at the next table because I practically had my butt in their face. Definitely not the kind of circumstances you'd want your butt in someone's face.
Wasn't worth the price for me, & I won't be going back.

Awful service. I went to this restaurant with my family. Even though there were plenty of seats available, the server seated us right beside the washroom & would not let us move to another table. On top of that, our food took an extremely long time to arrive.

I can't say for certain, but it felt like we were treated differently because we're Asian & don't speak French fluently.
