Super belle place! Excellent service par Sasha🔥 (si je me rappelle bien de son nom) très souriante, douce, patiente, à l'écoute. Rien à dire de négatif sur le service, c'était parfait. L'ambiance est wow & le décor 😍😍 parfait pour des photos. Le seul élément décevant est la nourriture. Ils doivent upgrade dans les saveurs ou faire des changements dans leurs menus également pour les cocktails. Nous étions une groupe de filles & personnes dans notre groupe n'étaient complètement satisfait de la nourriture.
Went on a date, I reserved a quiet table for 2 at 8 After being seated the server noticed we were not happy with our table so she happily decided to move us. Sarah was absolutely fantastic, being the only server for the entire restaurant which was busy enough for easily 2, she was on point. Great service, great energy & personality, very professional & awesome. I am definitely coming back especially for her & the bus girl that was working as well, I'm upset her name slipped my mind. Cute, bubly & super nice. Cocktail(Slipper)was great, although they did not have the sake I wanted in stock Sarah suggested the next best thing even though it wasn't in the same palate. Sushi was great although I was not really impressed with the nigiri & the Usuzukuri salmon. The Kanbina & the tuna futomaki was top notch. Vibe was great, hard to find a place that has all 3 aspects: good service, good food & music & not to mention great design by my friend Italo(Anonymus Concepts)

The ambiance is great. Cocktails are a bit expensive. Food is good. We each had a drink & order approximately six things & it cost us around 230 I think. I would recommend getting the maki with the jalapeno on top & the fried vegetables as an entree.
I went there for drinks, booked a reservation few hours before, sat at the bar on the high chairs. The service was great, fast, friendly, communicative, kind. The cocktails were about 8 options offered in the menu, but very well made. The atmosphere is elevated & serene & intimate. I'd come again.
Stunning decor, amazing service from all staff, really unique cocktails & menu is comprehensive. It was hard to decide which items I was going with. One of the best dining experiences I've had the pleasure of having. I can't wait to come back.

A great smile too! The meticulously curated menu showcases an exquisite array of traditional & innovative dishes, each a testament to the artistry of Japanese cuisine. I say "Bravo!" to the chefs, kisses to the chefs, they are exemplifying their dedication to serve excellence of each bites. Let's be honest, is it overpriced? Absolutely highway robbery, but it's not their fault, it's only yours! Even if you just want to get ripped off & impress your date (you better hope the night ends just how you are imagining it for the price you're going to pay) eating the same California roll just as the same as Joe Blow down the street, be my guest. Having said that, be a pro, accept your losses, shake your head in disbelief & take another sip of your cocktail, it'll make the seduction process less repugnant. Listen, the dish arrives at the table, you will be in awe, the presentation is nothing short of artistic, transforming each dish into a visual masterpiece, see photos... Right?! Not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes. Yubari is a sanctuary for sushi aficionados & novices alike, promising an unparalleled gastronomic journey that is as intellectually stimulating as it is delightfully indulgent. I honestly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a sophisticated MASTERPIECE EXPERIENCE in a truly private & intimate setting. Yubari is not for the fainted heart, if you're Dave Chappelle in "Half baked" this is not the joint for you!
Had a wonderful birthday here. The fish was fresh & buttery, the gyoza were flavourful & the crispy tuna was savoury albeit a bit too crispy for me. Cocktails were balanced & delicious, & the service was attentive & kind. Also the desserts were surprising & original. Would recommend coming for a special occasion!

Ate here for my husbands birthday, service & food was exceptional! The team made him feel very special. Everything is so fresh, delicious & unique. Sashimi is a must! The Japanese slipper was one of the best cocktails I've had at a restaurant! Special thank you to Brian, the manager, who was so attentive the entire night.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the food was spectacular & for someone who doesn't typically like sashimi this was by far my fave.. super fresh & not fishy! The sushi was excellent my favourite one was the wagyu but all of them were top tier. The service was great as well, my glass of water was always full & my cocktail (iced honey) was delicious & constantly replenished. The waiter was super kind & the director Karine was such a pleasure to talk to, you can tell that this place is run with not only class but love. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual evening or a big bash.
Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive & friendly, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The highlight, of course, was the food. Every dish we ordered was a delightful blend of flavors & beautifully presented. I also appreciated the thoughtful beverage selection, including the creative cocktails. It's clear that a lot of care & expertise goes into every aspect of the dining experience. Yubari exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend !!!
Amazing place, part of the great Hotel St Paul!!! Very good Japanese food & Sake! The cocktails are so nice & the staff is there to give you the best service!!! I'll come back for sure ! Oh & I almost forgot but the DJs are always bringing the nicest playlist 👌👌👌
