As a gluten-free vegan, I ate like a king! So many creative vegan options incorporating tofu, vegan chicken, etc. for a substantial meal. Gluten-free chapati was a nice touch. Weekday lunch thali was so good. I got to try the vegan golden milk & mango lassi, which were also amazing. Would definitely return if I'm back in Montréal!

Very nice dining experience. Food was great with lots of variety. One of the best vegan mango lassis I've had. Staff & especially the owner were very friendly. We'll be back!

Such a special place. The owner/host is passionate about what they do -- excellent vegan, non-GMO food (mostly gluten free as well). We had the mango lassi, the koshimbir salad & the "Grandma's Coconut Curry." Everything was super fresh, super tasty. Loved the GF chapatis :)

This restaurant is an absolute gem! My partner & I are Vegan chefs, so it is rare to love every item we order. I can say with confidence that everything was absolutely delicious! We had Grandma's Special Coconut Curry with was very comforting & flavorful, Jackfruit Biryani which was amazing paired with the green sauce & all other curries, the Goan Jackfruit Curry which had the best sauce in my opinion, & lastly the Special Mushroom Poutine. This poutine is the best vegan poutine in the city, we've tried them all! The fries are perfectly crispy outside & soft inside with lots of flavor. The sauce was served on the side so you can decide to to dip & keep your fries crispy, or pour overtop for a classic poutine. That sauce was fantastic, too! The 2 Mango Lassi were perfect, too. The service here was amazing. The owner is extremely kind & passionate about his restaurant & answered all questions with kindness. Brenda was also very kind & helpful. I don't think we could have had a better experience, the full staff went above & beyond even clearing a table by the window so we can have better seats for when the food would come. 10/10 recommend.

The food was 10/10 like eating at my Gujarati grandmas house. Our waiter was so genuine, helpful & kind. I would eat here everyday if I lived nearby! Best vegan keema matar I've had! I haven't had mango lassi in 15 years - it took me back to my childhood

I went for the "fake" butter chicken, since I stopped eating meat a long time ago. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like butter chicken sauce at all :( & i also didn't enjoy the fake meat they used. I then learned at Tula they do their own version of everything. So if you're expecting a vegan version of the original dishes, be aware. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. It just wasn't what I was expecting. The staff is great & the ambiance is really good. This little restaurant is cute & very well located. Their version for the mango lassi is espectacular!

We celebrated our engagement at Tula with 20 people, including kids. It's safe to say that everyone loved what they ordered. The food is super healthy, very home style & the flavors are on point. Special mention for the mango lassi & ginger kombucha! Both Abhishek & Brenda are very hospitable & really friendly, making sure everyone was comfortable & satisfied.

So happy we finally got to try Tula! You can tell the owner puts so much love & passion into his business & is the loveliest human! Their Mango lassi is light & delicious. The tofu appetizers are made with a special tofu that is homemade. The texture is almost like a creamy cheese. It's blissful. The cocktails refreshing & not overly sweet, which we LOVE! The staff & the owner are absolutely lovely, friendly & warm. We felt so comfortable & well taken care of. We left with lots of leftovers. The portions are generous. The food is not oily & is on the healthier. Definitely worth a trip for date night💕

It's a very relaxing place. It's going to help you find peace in your meal. I recommend the mango lassi, it was the best one I've ever had. It's kinda different from the ones I've had before, & that's what makes it unique. Good place for an afternoon meal.

Recommended by the waiter, I ordered the Thali. It consist of salad, vegetable dishes, Indian bread, rice & dessert. The simmered dishes are very flavorful & fragrant. The Lassi relieve the palate from the spicy dish. A bit pricey for lunch but tasty.

What a gem is Tulu. I limit my eating to vegan, & this restaurant made me, my spirit & my tastebuds feel welcomed. Nothing seemed like it was an imitation of a non-vegan original, rather than excellent in itself. & this was the first time I have had a mango lassi -- scrumptious, including coconut cream -- since turning to a vegan lifestyle over 20 years ago.

Tula, from concept to execution, is flawless & unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting, the service is impeccable, & the food is nothing short of extraordinary. Their Goan jackfruit curry is one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The mango lassi, pindi cholle & fried rice were equally phenomenal. Even for a non-vegan like myself, Tula's creativity & exceptional quality of food make it a must-try. It is undoubtedly one of the most unique restaurants I've ever been to. Highly recommended!
