The food was delicious & the service was spectacular. Brenda was friendly & cheerful, she also gave great recommendations. I had the Grandma's special, highly recommend.
Happy vegetarians here! Really enjoyed the black chickpea salad, tofu curries, & drinks. Highly recommend their chapati, we ordered extra, & mango lassi. Very personable service & nice ambiance.
I had a wonderful experience at Tula! It is rare to find such a high quality vegan Indian restaurant, & I am so glad I found this hidden gem. Right away, we were warmly welcomed by our servers & had a genuine conversation with them - it was clear that they have a passion for their job, & kindly helped us narrow down our choices. All of the options were wonderful; we particularly enjoyed the Roti bread, which was made fresh in house & came out hot. Everyone at the table loved their dishes, especially the special's mushroom rolls & butter chicken, although every item was delectable. The servers were incredibly kind & genuine, & upon hearing that we were tourists, engaged in kind conversation about our home town. The atmosphere was bright & calming, with flute & instrumental music & lots of natural light. I would rate this restaurant a 10/10, & highly recommend anyone to try it!

Tula is an absolute gem in Montreal! It is so refreshing to find a place that serves vegan food that is both nourishing & packed with incredible flavor. Every dish felt like it was made with care. The staff was super friendly & the cozy vibe made the whole experience perfect. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place for vegan food in Montreal! The meal was incredible, but even better was the warmth of Abhi. You'll see his name in other reviews for a good reason. He is so passionate about the food at Tula & takes time to explain every dish. He gave me some wonderful recommendations for vegan food all over the world after we chatted. Highly recommend the lunch special where you get to try different dishes & the coconut milk curry which was incredible! Amazing vegan food. Indian food was top quality. The Thaali was incredible & the kher was the best I've ever had. The mango lassi was also delicious. Would highly recommend. The chef was so friendly & explained all the food & was very welcoming.

Unbelievably rich & tasty dishes from the soups to rich jackfruit Biryani to a mind-blowing bowl of chaat. Maybe the best Mango Lassi I've ever tasted. Same goes for the Tomato basil & lentil soups. We had four spoons racing to the bottom.
The staff was knowledgeable & friendly, while Abi (sp?) the owner's energy & conversation was warm, caring, & made you truly believe the food was'made with so much love'.
We (from Toronto) will definitely return, & will never visit Montreal without having at least one meal here.
