Heavenly delight! Delicious, fresh Indian food like my grandmother would make. So unique compared to the common greasy fried Indian restaurants. Abishek, the owner, is incredibly passionate about the food! A real gem in Montreal!! Wish I could give it six stars out of five!
On Sunday, May 20, we celebrated our daughter's birthday at Tula, & it was an amazing experience! The food was incredible, with beautiful presentation & delicious flavors. The staff, Abhishek & Analie, were incredibly warm & friendly, they made our experience that much better! Abhishek did a fantastic job explaining the menu, & Analie crafted the most amazing cocktails. The ambiance was warm, with soft music in the background & a very clean environment. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys vegan Indian cuisine.
This is hands down the BEST indian restaurant ever! Super delicious, authentic, & high quality vegan indian dishes that aren't so greasy & overly spiced like other places. The service is incredible too the owner was extremely kind & accommodating. We arrived just as they were about to go on break but he let us come in anyway & made sure we were well taken care of. Highly highly recommend!
"Quebec's Tula (Indian vegan) is a culinary oasis nestled in the heart of Quebec City. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm & inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu at Quebec Tula is a delightful fusion of Quebecois & Tula cuisine, offering a unique blend of flavors & ingredients that tantalize the taste buds. Each dish is expertly crafted with precision & care, showcasing the culinary prowess of the chefs. One standout dish is Thali (which I ordered) The service at Quebec Tula is impeccable, with attentive staff who are passionate about providing a memorable dining experience. Brenda provided exceptional service during our dining experience. She was attentive, friendly, & went above & beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her recommendations were spot-on, & her genuine enthusiasm for her job was evident. Brenda truly made our meal memorable, & we'll definitely be returning thanks to her outstanding service. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving exquisite cuisine, Tula is sure to exceed your expectations. Bon appétit!"
Amazingly fresh food with authentic recipes. Have not eaten these dishes anywhere else. Vegan, plant based is a better word, gluten free, healthy, the best customer service. The best Indian food in Montreal & their Asian food is out of the world - no MSG added ad well.
TULA!!! I took my partner on a surprise date to this place & she loved it! What an amazing restaurant for authentic Indian food! You feel so close to having real home food which isn't oily or added with artificial colors. We ordered Mullygatwany soup, Koshimbir, Jackfruit curry, Sambar rice (my personal favourite) & hibiscus chai!! Everything was so delicious, flavourful & cooked perfectly! Ambience is so pleasant & refreshing. & of course the owner Abhi is such a passionate guy & he knows what he's doing & he takes care of the customers so well. We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend!
I had several dishes here. The description of the dishes versus the actual dish set a very high expectation & kinda left me to feeling, that was it? The spices & curries were very much on the acidic side & didn't seem to blend well on the palate. For an Indian resto, it was average. I would probably try again in the future, but as a first impression & with my past experience in cooking & eating Indian food, it was so so this time around
Tula is a must-try restaurant for Indian food with a serene ambience! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with calming spa-like music in a dining room filled with artistic decor & soft lighting. We were served by Abhi who welcomed us with such hospitality that we would go back just to hear more about the restaurant! We ordered the Jackfruit Biryani & the Vegan Butter Chicken Curry - both of which had incredible flavours. 10/10 would definitely visit again!
