Un endroit qui indique ne pas prendre de réservation mais qu'il y a une liste pour entrer. On a attendu dans la file un bon moment avant de se faire dire que nous n'étions pas sur la liste & qu'on devait attendre 1.5 pour entrer. Avoir su, nous n'aurions pas attendu dans la file. On a changé d'établissement & nous ne prévoyons pas y retourner.

If you haven't found The Coldroom yet - follow the duck. Ring the bell, head downstairs, & prepare to be impressed. Hidden in a converted cold storage warehouse in Old Montreal, this place has incredible vibes, seriously great cocktails, & some of the most knowledgeable & welcoming bartenders in the city. The kind of bar you bring every out-of-town guest to just to see their reaction. An absolute gem.
Lewis was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, & took the time to explain everything clearly. The cold room is working perfectly & you can tell he takes pride in doing the job right. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, & left everything clean & organized. I would definitely recommend Lewis to anyone looking for reliable & high-quality service.
Can't really judge the food, but the concept of this bar is quite interesting, they have funny drinks related to ducks. The drinks are good, not my favorite but still good quality.

Hidden bar thingy isn't true anymore since people have posted the door & bell picture directly so we found it very conveniently.
Drinks overall were good, not much options in the food. Cheese sandwich is a good choice btw
Such a great space with delicious cocktails & an awesome speakeasy vibe! Cocktail bars can often feel pretentious, but the staff & atmosphere at The Coldroom made me feel so comfortable. Jeanne was the absolute best bartender I've ever had at a cocktail bar, so friendly & sweet! I'll definitely be coming back!

This place was soooooo worth the wait! The cocktails were super creative, the vibes we're immaculate, & special shout out to Millie for taking some time out to giving us some amazing recommendations for the rest of our trip. So far this is the best place we've been to in Montreal
This place is absolutely phenomenal. The service & the bouncers absolutely look out for their girls if you're a female & it's the first time you are in Montreal I hundred percent recommend this place.
Such a great vibe. Music is the right volume where you can talk, bartenders are phenomenal at their craft, professional, & welcoming. It's hard to find, but well worth the search
Really cool place to have a drink. A proper speakeasy style of bar with the door just being an emergency exit with no signage. Great signature cocktails & a huge range of Whisky's available.
I very rarely leave reviews. But as a self proclaimed'cocktail guy' I have to say Milee was an incredibly knowledgeable & friendly bartender. The menu looked amazing but even without it, Milee came up with fantastic options that hit perfectly. I can't wait to go back home to tell them about the Cold Room & I hope Milee is there to give them the services I received as well. & you know this will be the first stop when I'm back in Montreal.
Amazing venue, it had always been filled up to the brim whenever we come to visit, but finally made it inside after several years. Katharine was an amazing server, super polite, sassy, & attentive. The quality of the cocktails & massive selection was well worth waiting for. Will be coming back.

We LOVE The Coldroom! We brought a group of our friends here on Saturday night (who do not live in Montreal) & they absolutely adored the space. The drinks are amazing, the ambiance is a vibe, & the staff are so kind, accommodating, & always ready to make a recommendation.
We can't wait to come back & enjoy some more cocktails!
We stopped by after shopping in Old Montreal & were immediately drawn in by the dimly lit, romantic ambiance. The atmosphere set the perfect mood to unwind, & the mixology cocktails were exceptional - thoughtfully crafted & beautifully balanced. We truly fell in love with this place & would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great cocktail experience.
