Sushi Momo est un restaurant spécialisé en sushi végétalien et cuisine japonaise et a été fondé en décembre 2014 par chef de sushi extraordinaire Christian Manuel Ventura Alatorre. Avec plus que 10 ans d'expérience, les créations de Christian sont à la fois délicieuses et exceptionnellement innovatrices. Christian voulait offrir aux végétaliens le plus d'options de sushis végétaliens de toute la ville de Montréal.
Sushi Momo est un spot vegan à Montréal réputé pour ses sushis créatifs et savoureux, présentés avec soin et une ambiance chaleureuse. Le menu très varié offre des sashimis, makis, arancini et plats chauds entièrement végan, et l'on y découvre des textures et des saveurs qui surprennent même les novices. Le service est généralement attentif et professionnel, et l'ambiance intime et tamisée en fait une adresse idéale pour une soirée ou une occasion spéciale; la réservation est fortement recommandée, surtout les soirs de fin de semaine. Des retours évoquent parfois des plats un peu lourds ou des temps d'attente, mais l'ensemble est largement perçu comme exceptionnel et mémorable. Le rapport qualité-prix et l'engagement envers la cuisine végétale sont positifs, faisant de cette destination l'une des meilleures sushis véganes et recommandée aussi bien aux végans qu'aux curieux.
What a wonderful food experience. Doesn't matter if you are vegan or not, the food is incredible. Paired with a really cool restaurant design, great atmosphere, & amazing service, sushi Momo knocks it out of the park.
Amazing & magical place. The food texture, richness of flavors & look... Everything is indistinguishable from a really high quality sushi restaurant. All that without eating another being, & enjoying all the experience. I just highly recommend it. I went twice already & plan on going again.
Modern & trendy! The restaurant has a really nice ambiance, & the service was great. The servers take time to explain each dish, which was informative. We took the degastation menu for $49/person. The food was pretty outstanding, especially the Tiradito (the "salmon" was exactly like salmon). The assortment or sushi was great, too, for a first tasting. Highly recommend the momochoco for dessert. Overall, it was a great night out with friends & for people who are vegan or pregnant.
This is not your REGULAR sushi place, this is your vegan/vegetarian sushi place that will blow your mind away! The Kamikaze, golden truffle, avocado crispy rice, & emzeleta or enzelate (can't remember the name lol) with halloumi tempura inside of it is absolutely mind blowing. They don't have pop which is amazing but they do have various mocktails & various flavored kombucha, I tried the apple ginger,lavender & raspberry kombucha & all were perfect. The atmosphere was beautiful (looks like a resto in Tulum) & the service was amazing , the staff were extremly knowledgable regarding their menu. Will definitely return!
This was truly delicious! All the sushis are incredible. Favorites were the fried avocado ones, the "salmon" ones & the "Siam" spring rolls in Mango/Peanut sauce. Their cocktails were also very cool & worth the price.

We had the Omasake, 4-course prix fix menu & it was absolutely amazing. You know when the food is that good because all you're doing at the table is talking about the food. This truly was the best sushi I have ever had, it is so flavorful, perfect texture. The vibe is cozy & all the servers & host are so warm & extremely helpful & knowledgeable. This may be a regular stop when I come visit Montréal. Thank you everyone for such an amazing time.
Amazing little gem of a restaurant. The wait staff were professional & fluently bilingual. The menu is not too long but not too short. We all had the taster option, & we were not disappointed. The Miso was good & the oyster amazing. Then, when the sushi arrived, it was an amazing presentation. Finally, the momococo dessert was out of this world. Our table was half vegan & half omnivores, & we were all amazed & full. This was a celebratory dinner, but it was definitely a place we would go back to as just a couple. I will look forward to that next visit.

Momo sushi is not sushi, it's creative vegan food that comes in the shape of rolls. Some items on the menu are really good, others go a bit overboard in terms of the combination of flavors & textures.

Incroyable découverte, chaque sushis avait un goût inattendu, j'étais wow à chaque bouchée. J'ai adoré les choix du chef, le serveur était extrêmement gentil, poli, & partageant sur les recommandations. Ambiance très cosy chic. Tout était vraiment Nice !
Absolutely amazing place. Most flavoursome sushis I've ever had. Since I was with a group, I had the opportunity to try various types & all had amazingly distinct tastes. Very friendly service, plus the servers explain all the sushis & their various ingredients.
Life changing sushi -- there is no other way to describe it. I've had several vegan sushi places that were fantastic but none were as inventive, as delicious, & as well put together as this. Especially the Sakura, the broccoli just ties everything's together with the build & sauce. Beyond this, the staff was insanely professional & helpful describing each sushi to detail. My friend dropped a chopstick & a nearby server replaced it in less than 10 seconds. Even if you eat meat, I think you'll have an unreal experience at this place. Highly highly, recommend!
Deuxième fois que nous commandons chez Sushi Momo ! Vraiment délicieux ! Je précise que les sushi sont vegan & que nous nous ne le sommes pas & bien nous recommandons à 100% ! Je préfère largement les sushi de chez Sushi Momo que des sushi "réguliers". Mention spéciale pour les gyoza ! À bientôt sans aucun doute !👋🏽
Il est possible de faire d'excellent sushi vegan tout en gardant la nature du sushi. Ce que le chef propose est bien loin des sushi. Patate douce, pesto & tomate seché? Tofu & sauce au cumin ? J'ai fini par tout jeter aux poubelles. Rien n'allait ensemble. & il faut arrêter de mettre de l'huile de truffe dans tout. C'était inmangeable.
