The service is excellent too, which makes the whole experience even better.

First time visiting Sel Noir & it was a pleasant surprise. We had the Ribeye & Filet Mignon as the main courses with loaded baked potato & truffle. Everything was delicious. Service could be a bit better as we felt it was slow a little bit. Had the feeling we were served by somewhat new waiters who were a bit confused. Our main waiter Marie was great though!
As a restaurant owner myself, I highly recommend! Fantastic birthday dinner! Food was excellent, staff was attentive & friendly, perfect music. 10/10. Lovely for date night or girls night out.
Very good service, not annoying but on point. Order less cooked than you usually do. My filet mignon was a bit thin & dry. The stakes were good. There are no small portions, everything is over 12 oz.

One of my new favorite joints! The simplicity of the options & quality of the food are great. Good wine selections to pair with the surf & turf dual plate. Definitely check this place out!
We had a large group attend & from start to finish the experience was perfect. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, & very responsive! One of the best meals I have had in a very long time & I highly recommend for anyone looking for a top quality steak experience in MTL!
First time going to this steakhouse & probably my last. The wait time for the food is ridiculously long. Probably had like 20 cups of water just waiting for it. The appetizers took 30 mins & the main course took even longer. Wasn't a big fan of the food either.
Incredible food & ambience! The staff works so well together, & Desmond, the owner, is very attentive. Sel Noir made for an incredible anniversary evening for my wife & me. Strongly recommend!
