I've been to Sel Noir multiple times & I always appreciate the vibe & service that I get from Gab, the main barman & restaurant manager. The food is excellent & the staff is incredible. Big thanks to Gab who always suggests an incredible wine pairing with the food I order! I definitely recommend & will be back for sure! 👌🏼

Nous avons adoré notre expérience. L'ambiance était parfaite. Le service était rapide & personnalisé. Un énorme merci à notre serveur/barman Tony pour les merveilleux espresso Martini & pour son service professionnel. Le vin était aussi très délicieux.

Voir une seule personne devoir assurer à la fois la cuisine & le service en salle témoigne d'un manque évident d'organisation & de ressources. Un restaurant dans serveur on appelle pas ça un restaurant. Le chef a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme remarquable malgré cette situation, mais il ne devrait pas avoir à porter seul une telle charge de travail. La direction devrait revoir sa gestion afin d'offrir de meilleures conditions de travail à son personnel & une meilleure expérience à sa clientèle.
Malheureusement ce n'est pas un lieu que je revisiterai.

I am still shocked on how good the food was. My NY steak was so tender & flavorful that it needed no sauce, & I am a sauce girly. The cheesy mashed potatoes were amazing! The vegetable of the day was asparagus with parmesan & it was so flavorful just a bit undercooked, but everything had so mich flavor in general! I never had such an amazing steak to begin with! Also, the drinks were great as well! Not overpowering, just delicious! I loved the service as well. She was so kind & respectful. She always made sure we were well taken care of. Anyways, 10/10 & I will be back for sure.

This will be probably my first & last time ! Le service laisse tellement à désiré ! J'aurais du m'en doutais quand j'ai vu certains commentaire qui le pointait ! Déjà pourquoi vous placer des tables à côté des toilettes ? L'odeur était insupportable! J'ai pas eu la bonne cuisson pour ma viande ! Après avoir servis le repas en aucun cas le serveur est venu nous demander du tout était correcte , aucun passage non plus pour remplir nos verres d'eaux ! Anyways what a waist ! Je laisse 2 étoiles parceque la nourriture était correcte surtout la purée !

The chef is incredible. Myles consistently makes incredible , beautiful , thought out dishes. I always feel taken care of & leave with a smile on my face. Incredible food, wonderful service & a well thought out environment. 5 stars for me every time.
